This bar has been opened my whole life, I'm 40, same location, same sign. Very cool to come here again to reminisce about 10c wings with my dad when I would come as a kid. Things have changed but the food is still good, people are friendly and service was smiling. They've adapted to the times and constructed a huge outdoor patio to increase capacity. People will love that it's out of the sun too. A great section of food and beer will help you relax and enjoy yourself.

Went with colleagues for lunch. I ordered fish & chips - the serving portions were very generous. Had to pack the leftovers in a to-go box. Waitress was really polite and engaging. Good place to go for a team lunch.

They have good, live music on a regular basis, Dave Murphy Band are great regulars, the food is fantastic (it always has been), there's a great weekend morning breakfast special as well. Highly recommended! Great local pub, and their new menu is awesome ?
Best in the biz! Great family pub with an exceptional menu to please any palate. Great selection of beers on draught and bottles and just a pleasant family vibe. Live music on the regular and just a great place to visit.
