Looks like they added a new product: bbq burrito
Usually mucho burrito is good but this time was one of the worst. I found a rock at the bottom of my burrito( see attached picture) upon bringing it up to the staff and showing them the rock or pebble, they said “ we do not use any ingredients with rocks in them”. No refund was issued just a sorry. Do yourself yourself a favor and do no yo to that store in Courtney park.
This place has a very good vibe. Came here after watching a movie and seems I will come back here again. The portion of Nachos was more than expected. In short, the best I ever had. Miss Prachi at the front explained different bites perfectly. ?
One of the better chain burrito joints. Portions are good. This location is a smaller location and lacks the pizzazz of others and that also shows in the freshness of the ingredients. Other locations are better.
I went to this place today and the air conditioner was not turned on intentionally. It was extremely hot today & when I was expecting to enjoy my food in the restaurant, I couldn’t sit inside because of the heat & I was completely sweating and had to grab my food and eat in the car. I am highly disappointed with this kind of atmosphere. Please review!!
Worst mexican grill ever , asked the lady to put veggie and cheese she did throw 3 pcs of onion and 5 strips oh shredded cheeseWill never go here

I had a veggie bowl .Rice quality is very bad and looks like while sitting on heat rice are so hard to chew.Sorry to say quskity is very poor.
This is the worst location of Mucho Burrito I have been to! We had to wait more than 25 minutes to finally be able to order because store was understaffed. There was only 1 employee managing the whole store. I brought this to her attention. Why isn't there anyone else working with her because clearly she needed help. The employee mentioned it was the store policy to have only 1 employee. This is obviously the decision of the Franchise Owner trying to manage a whole store front with the least amount of employees. This is not fair for the employee.When we were picking our toppings for our Bowls, she then told us I couldn't choose any more toppings because they have a "policy" max of 4 toppings. I told her the bowl was barely halfway full, because I have been to many Mucho Burrito, and it was unacceptable that nowhere does it state there is a limit on toppings.I would never give my business to this Franchise Location again.
