What a nice place to dine in. Tony was super nice and Sophia was so good in making the sub. Worth a visit.Highly recommended.
Went there just this morning and got 6 subs for me and my friends. Incredible customer service and the owner is so nice. I’d recommend the spicy chicken with chipotle sauce ??
Food is ok, service is horrendous at night time around 10:30 pm. I wanted a topping on my sub and he made a remark saying you really think that belongs on that turkey sub? Kept on murmuring remarks under his breath. When i asked what did you say he remained quiet. He also didn't have a mask on and kept on saying the government is a scam covid is fake. Weird experience
Horrible staff old guy not sure about his name 11pm , always saying stuff under breath like who puts this topping on this sub, I mentioned to grill the sub and he said it will not happen because I should have told him earlier. Also was not wearing a mask and gloves. Very rude staff please get some new people.
First time visiting this Mr Sub and won’t be my last! The Greek gentleman that helped out my sister and I was super friendly and an absolute ray of sunshine—he made the experience just as good as our food was. Thanks for being awesome!
I have been going to this location for over 15 years and the service is always amazing and the staff are always pleasant and we usually end up talking about sports and the best part is they always remember what my wife and I order? Because of this awesome service I have not gone to a Subway Subs for a very Barry long time!
Since the Dixie Mall Mr Sub location closed down, haven’t found a Mr. Sub make my sub the exact same way I use to enjoy it until I walked into this location. The staff was so nice and the owner said he use to own the one in Dixie Mall. So happy to find this location.
The thing that killed this place is the fact that they don’t have a separate knife for veggie subs. He used the same knife to cut my sub and he just poured water on it and wiped it. Definitely contacting Peel Health and Mr. Sub head office over this. This location needs to learn.
Great subs and super friendly staff! Excellent customer service and clean. Nice family run business - we just stopped in from out of town.
I was served immediately with exceptional service. They were pleasant, helpful and the food is fresh. This is a very clean establishment as well.
