The food wasn’t bad but I wasn’t expecting to get only one piece of sushi. I ordered from Uber eats and I thought I was getting at least four or six pieces. Thank goodness I ordered two.Good food but it need to be better advertised on Uber eats.

Ordered here through Uber Eats delivery. I ordered the Haru Tray.The sushi is just okay. Not the greatest I’ve had. But the spicy tuna rolls did not taste very good at all. Probably my least favourite spicy tuna roll I’ve ever had. The nigiri was good. The California rolls and spicy salmon rolls were just okay. The tuna sashimi also was not very good.Having said all that, they have better prices compared to the competition. Would I order here again? I would, but for other items on their menu (not the sushi).
Sushi was really delicious/fresh and they threw in some free spring rolls for us as well! Would highly recommend and will be buying again.
My absolute favourite sushi place since the day they opened! Always fresh, delicious food, friendly and fast service. The specialty rolls are very good, portions are generous, and prices are fair. I get take out at least once a week and can’t live without it!
Went to this place to have a la carte but didn't know they have an option of AYCE. I started with rock shrimp because every review had rock shrimp mentioned on it, and I must say it was the best dish. Try the rock shrimp with spicy mayo.Ordered many different sushi from Dynamite roll to Spicy Salmon roll and I can say that everything was fresh and tasted good.The servers were prompt and alert, loved the service.I would definitely come to this place. The only reason I gave them a 3 star is because of the ambience.
I went there with my friend and partner and we were expecting them to check for vaccine passports at entry. We had our passports and IDs ready before walking in. They sat us down and they still haven't checked so I had to volunteer it myself. If we hadn't offered I don't know if they would have checked. I've been to a few restaurants and the procedure is to check for proof of vaccine and ID by the door.I liked the food otherwise.
The food is always good. But the last couple of times my order has not been complete and I have paid for food to be delivered that I did not receive. When I called to ask I was not listened to the first time and the second was told that I would be given a credit based on my phone number. But there is no process to make this happen online. So I will NEVER order from Moon Sushi again. I just feel like I've been taken for a ride and wonder how many other people have experienced this. Are they just not good at filling orders accurately?, or are they actively ripping people off?
Terrible attitude from the servers.This has been our place to go for AYCE in Mississauga for years, however today was the third straight time that we were attended with the wazoo.I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing, but the servers, particularly a short lady that seems to be the manager, really know the way to make you feel uncomfortable - rude, impatient, throwing plates at your table and not even greeting or saying hi. She has also nagged at me for a malfunctioning iPad or for leaving rice leftovers.We are really tolerant people and we aware that we are all going through tough times, but in the end the food is not for free and I’m not asking for anything out of the normal when it comes to customer service.We won’t come here anymore, there are definitely other places with the same quality of food around town, and with more professional staff.Being a good person costs you nothing - you should educate your personnel on a customer oriented philosophy.
