We walked over from a nearby hotel for a late supper. No high expectations just looking for some sort of food. Ordered a few burgers, appetizer and a kids meal. Our server was very friendly and brought out our food quickly. He also gave my daughter a cookie plus ice sandwich to go Bottom line was we were hungry and this place helped us out!

We went here for a late lunch and there was no one else in the restaurant. The manager(?) came back after 20 minutes and asked us what we'd like to order. He had not given us menus. A waitress finally came over and took our order. The food didn't take too long, but after our food was delivered we didn't see our waitress again. After having been there an hour, we finally stood up for service to get our food packed and pay our bill. The waitress handed me the card machine and wasn't there to hand it back to. The food was tasty, but poor service ruined the experience.

Absolutely satisfied and pleased with the service received from Montana's Restaurant on Aerowood Dr. Robert the Manager was excellent with his customer service skills, he saved the day for us. We tried to submit an order through the app but for some reason we couldn't. At first we were told the order we wanted could not be called in, only online, we explained the situation and felt heard and happily assisted by Robert. Excellent customer service skills. Absolutely satisfied. Thank you Robert.

I wish I had of looked up the reviews before my visit. On the evening of Saturday July 16, 2022 together with my sister and friend we decided to attend this location. We chose Montana’s because previous visits at other locations had been wonderful. We chose Montana’s over Kelsey’s. Oh, what a mistake that was! After the disgusting treatment and food we received, I would have rather eaten garbage off the street of down town Toronto. First warning sign was the light where we were seated was burnt out. Then it took forever for the waiter to even greet us. When he did he asked what drinks we would like. We all ordered water and one ordered a Chardonnay. He brought the waters but forgot the Chardonnay. He later returned with the Chardonnay and then off he went , commenting that he would be back with our food… we had not even ordered food at this point. . We tried to get his attention as he walked away, but he ignored us. He returned 5 - 10 minutes later, to ask what we would like to eat. I assumed he figured out we did not order yet. My friend proceeded to ask him if he was ok, as he seemed confused. when he did finally attempt to take our order, he said he had “ lost his pen” my friend offered to wait while he grabbed a pen, but he said “oh,no. It’s ok, I have a crayon” to which she responded, “are you sure ? we don’t mind waiting a moment so you can grab a pen.” He insisted he was fine with the crayon. … said it “ wasn’t the first time” Two of us ordered a 7 oz steak, garlic butter and mushroom toppers, fresh vegetables and Ceasar salad. One steak, medium and one medium rare. The other ordered 10 oz striploin also medium, mushroom skillet topper with garlic and herb butter . A side Ceasar salad and Sweet potato fries. It took an extremely long time for our food to arrive, and when it did the sweet potato fries were cold. The butter that we asked for on the 10 oz the steak was still frozen. We were not given steak knives our the third meal was nowhere in sight. When we questioned the waiter where the rest of the food was, he said “I’m going to bring it. I only have two hands” and then he disappeared. When he returned, he brought out the mushroom skillets and the sides from the third meal in individual bowls. Still no steak just lonely sides. At this point I mentioned to him the cold fries and frozen disk of butter on the steak. And I let the waiter know my steak was missing the garlic butter I ordered. The waiter then went and got someone else who claimed to be the manager. We explained what was happening to the manager and he then took the food away, and said he would have it remade. Remember, at this point we are starving. The manager then brought out new meals. The manager had given us a 10oz strip loin with green beans, we asked for sweet potato fries. He brought out another plate with mashed potatoes on it and a steak, none of us ordered mashed potatoes. They took that meal away… Then my meal came out and the manager just said “who ordered Ceasar salad ?” We all did… I ordered a medium steak and it was cooked rare. I compared my steak to my friends steak who also ordered medium. Her steak was the striploin and the manager told Me the steaks look different because they are different steaks ! That makes NO sense: we both asked for our steaks to be cooked medium ! Mine was bleeding !!! He is the manager like is this a joke ? The manager proceeded to hover over us at our seats. Arguing saying it was cooked medium although the steak was bleeding. So I said it’s ok, i just won’t eat my steak. I will eat my green beans and the Ceasar salad and we’ll be ok our way. The manager was getting louder and louder and kept repeating himself “do you want it cooked more or less !!” He kept saying. I kept responding I will just eat my green beans and salad. He persisted and said he would like to know for “other customers” how the steak should be cooked…. Isn’t there a professional cook in the kitchen ? Not one server asked us who got which meal and or where it should go. Eventually my sister got fed up and said “ Can you please LEAVE US A

Had great service here after our flight canceled after we had boarded. We had a long frustrating day, and came here at the end of it all to eat. Our server was great and food was too and managed to turn around a bit of that frustration as a result! Glad we went here to kick start the vacation, which we were able to salvage and have a great time!

If it wasn't for the sweet young lady that was our server, I would've given 1 star. I don't blame her for the breakdown of systems at this restaurant. We ordered two steaks, one medium and one medium well, and both came out completely raw in the middle and like charcoal on the outside. Trying to cook them too fast is my guess, but no need to... the place wasn't busy. We had them put back on the grill, and it was even worse charcoal from there. The young lady apologized and said she spoke to her manager about it and we got a $6 discount (on a $100 tab). The manager didn't even bother to stop by our table. I don't recommend this restaurant as much as we appreciate and enjoyed our server.

We had an amazing meal at Montana’s near the airport. I had the burrito bowl- amazing!!! We came here and had an amazing server, Nicole V. She was very friendly and made the experience fun. I would fully recommend this restaurant!!!

I'll start by saying the wait staff was fantastic. We felt bad for them as they were not at all responsible for the shortcomings we experienced.We ordered quickly after being seated. Shortly after ordering the waitress returned to inform me they had run out of ribs. I would have to choose something else.It took about an hour to get the food after we ordered. My partner ordered a side of gravy & received about 2 tablespoons. My pulled pork fajitas were just fine.Overall a negative experience. I will think twice before returning.

My Family and I are here right now as I'm sitting in my Vehicle having a Cigarette while they eat. My Steak is medium Rare I ordered well done the Baked potato isn't warm enough to melt the whipped butter that came in little packets Steak is cold as well maybe if the cooked it well like I asked the potato would have had time to warm up. At least the Kids are enjoying it.I have to add though the staff if good.

Great place to go after work. Service was amazing, very attentive (thanks Nichole!), the food is reasonably priced & tastes great.
