It’s mind boggling that people have the nerve to complain during a pandemic, and then after being short staffed. But think about the restaurant staff that went to work to serve you… no one asked for anyone to wait to get seated, while the restaurant was following federal rules.
The quality of Mill street's off er in terms of beer is always great.today however their menu was limited due to an exhaust fan issue. The reality us you don't go to a brew pub foe a salad, sandwich or wrap and a beer. You want the proper experience of fish and chips or burger or wings and a cold pint. These were not on offer today...beer was excellent
Food is good, beer is good. Service needs improvement. Waitress was less than happy to see our party of 4. I know its an airport but come on, be better.
Excellent service, excellent food. Staff understand they are in an airport and some people may be lingering while others need a quick bite- exactly what you want in an airport location.
Food and service were great but a glass of white was 19.00!
Just left after waiting 10 minutes just to sit down after waiter and waitress continually ignored. While waiting overheard several customers complaining about good and service. A simple nod or to tell someone you will be with them in a minute makes all the difference. Some people should not work in this industry.
Probably the worst chicken parm I will ever eat in my life. There could not be less sauce. Only made worse by unclean beer glasses.
Love stopping in at the Toronto Airport and having a burger and drink along with people watching and a glass of red, not typical combo with a burger but works for me. The staff are also always friendly and quick. Only really need 20min in-between flights to stop in, better if you have more time but don't let only 20 mins stop you. They will make it work.
The prices are ridiculously high, I feel like when you have burgers and burgers at A&W it's pretty similar for a lot less. I get it's the airport no doubt, the beer for $14.00 was at least kind of decent.
Service was not good. I think to no fault of the server. They had one person working a full resteraunt. I have eaten a 15 dollar poutine in the past that was worth every penny.. That wasn't it. Offered no salt or ketchup either..
