Our favorite restaurant in the GTA by far - excellent food, amazing staff and a great atmosphere. Anthony, Michael Jr and Carlos (Who treats us like family, what a guy!!) have always taken great care of us and we made sure to have our last meal before moving to the Maritimes at Michael's Back Door.Romantic dinner or celebration or just a Tuesday night - you'll get an incredible meal with an experience to match.If you're in the area run, don't walk, to have a meal and make a memory here.Thank you!
Love everything about this restaurant after my 3rd visit. The atmosphere is friendly. The food was awesome. The French red by the glass was exquisite. And the service...was exceptional. Definitely coming back!
The most amazing experience you will have! Very warm and inviting venue with fantastic staff and some of the most delicious food you will ever have in your life. Boyfriend took me there today for Valentine’s Day and from start to finish it was such a romantic experience. Highly recommend the steak with blue cheese! I can’t say enough about this place! Will for sure be returning

I went to Michael’s Back Door for the first time and had such an incredible experience. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and cozy and the service was outstanding.Our waiter, Carlos, made our night! He was attentive, entertaining, and one of the reasons we will definitely be returning. The food was authentic and the flavours were so rich. I would definitely recommend Michael’s Back Door to anyone and look forward to going back very soon!!
Wonderful spot with a warm yet elegant environment that is perfect for just about any occasion. All the ingredients are so fresh and dishes are presented beautifully with generous portions. The staff and service was also remarkable they make you laugh like crazy yet focus on all the details of a fine dining experience.I ordered the orecchiette pasta as a main and arincini (rice balls) as an app and both were fantastic. The tomato sauce was so hearty and the spicy sausage served with the pasta was delicious and a true highlight. Looking forward to trying more of the menu and seeing the great group of people that work there again!

Terrible service …. Missed 1 whole course to serve us Pasta was all sauce like soup and 5 pcs of penne … disgusting And I guess they had a shortage of bread too Brought us dishes we didn’t even order ….. never see my face there again …
Yet another brilliant meal in Mississauga’s best Italian restaurant. The appetizers, the meals, the drinks, the desserts and the company were all terrific. Bravo.
