They have some cool looking desserts. Will definitely go there to try more of the options.
Extremely disappointed at this. It’s not shaved ice . It’s crashed ice instead. Texture is bad and too much ice too little sauce. I requested for more sauce and staff refused to give us.
Super yummy.My go to is the Hot Almond Soup #4 which comes with real taro chunks, taro balls, red bean and tapioca.I also love their milk tea with ube paste, and the hot almond ube drink.Service is also friendly and quick.
People seemed nice. The order was done promptly. Nothing that I had there I enjoyed. The drinks were not great. The pearls were awful. The shaved ice was not good. The mochi was at least edible.
Staff were friendly but not very helpful. Items on the menu are not items that I recognize and it was hard to make a choice because the staff weren’t very informative.Mochi were nice and the bubble tea we ordered was okay too
First time we visited, everything was absolutely yummy! We ordered the hot Taro bowl and a cold Grass Jelly bowl with a Ube drink. We then came back a few weeks later to re-order the same and more but were very disappointed. The quality was not the same. The hot bowl was much more liquid and less flavourful. The toppings seemed a little stale as well. The grass jelly bowl seemed to have much more shaved ice than before and less toppings. All in all, a bit disappointed from the lack in consistency.
Happy to see another Taiwanese shop come to sauga! Consistent and yummy! Suggest the signature and almond ones to start! It's during covid restrictions and take out only. Place was clean and service was fine, as expected. Enjoy !
They don’t have a normal bowl for the food, I Donny like it anymore
All my past experiences from purchasing at Meet Fresh were smooth and the customer service was decent and nothing to complain about. We've never had major problems with ordering our regular bubble tea even with my company who has strong accents since English isn't their first language- they were very patient. But my most recent experience ruined this place for me. This guy taking our order was very discourteous. When my father was ordering his bubble tea and asking if it was possible to have no sugar, the guy straightforwardly said "No." The response itself wouldn't have been an issue if it weren't for his tone. The tone he used with my father is best described as irritated and childish. If you are working in customer service you need to be considerate that there are people who aren't as proficient at verbal communication when compared to others. If you don't understand that, I'm sorry to say but customer service jobs aren't for you.P.S. The guy who took our order also prepared our drinks. He filled half the cup with ice when we said less ice....very disappointed to say the least.
food/drinks are great, but this review is about the (takeout) shaved ice.This is the 3rd time where the ice has melted. Most other shaved-ice stores pack the ice separately from the warm/hot toppings.Meet Fresh(Msga) when they first opened would do this if requested...not sure why they don't separate the ice by default
