Very poor service. I order 3 items and to my surprise the kiosk didn’t print me a receipt All I had was the order number. I was given 2 items and the employee asked me to wait for my drink. After not receiving my drink for about 15 mins i went to ask the employee about it and she just ignored my question and moved away. I received this very very bad experience from an employee named Beyonce. The other employees were ignorant as well but in-spite of asking Ms. Beyonce for assistance with my order for about 20 - 30 mins she just choose to ignore the customer who was in need of assistance. This is a very bad experience at McDonalds for me. I understand its a busy restaurant but if the employees mess up orders they should atleast answer the customers. It was really embarrassing to ask them and get ignored. This branch of McDonalds needs some good employees.
I went there at night around 11 15 order taker lady was super rude! Though there was just 2 cars don’t know why she was showing attitude and the girl cashing out as very sweet but I won’t visit again! Even wraps are not grilled!
Lengthy line up. There was an uber eats driver arguing at the pick up window because he was not in his car but wanted to avoid the line up so he wouldn't be late and would be able to make his delivery on time and the food fresh! I eventually got the food for him since they refused to give it to him because he was not inside his vehicle.
Just drop by to grab something easy and had comfort of get going to numerous planned errands. No time to go home for a fill in stomach. Get creative to finish all the tasks made up to finish the day.
Getting home with your food to discover the one thing your child wanted is not in the bag is beyond disappointing. Hard buns on the cheeseburgers. ZERO salt on the fries. Missing my sons item. Horrible McDonalds. Maybe if the cashier would let you speak instead of saying “is that everything “ every time you say an item they might get the orders right. You’ll know when they are done ordering when they finish speaking!! So obnoxious. They don’t answer the phone so don’t bother trying.
Service was a little slow due to an understaffed restaurant, but the wait was worth it.Also worth noting is that this McDonald's is MUCH CLEANER than the previous Canadian McDonald's I reviewed (the one in a Montreal ghetto) in 2019.
This location was pretty decent. The staff here are friendly and you can tell they work well together to provide you with great service and food. I visit this location often and I am never disappoint with my order. I will say for McDonald's in general, make the big Mac patty larger.. the meat to bread ratio is off ? Thank you!
McDonald's definitely changed their chicken snack wrap but an okay taste. However, I didn't enjoy my coffee at all. The first one was cold and second was somewhat better but they put way too much cream. I literally threw out the other half & I love how I emailed corporate about this but hey billion dollar industry only cares about money.
Consistently gets orders wrong. If you ask for any substitutions or add-ons, it's basically guaranteed your order is going to be messed up. This is based on multiple experiences over the past year, with drive-thru and delivery services.I notice on Skip they have an 8.5 rating and are listed as "sponsored". I don't know what the sponsored status means exactly, but if it's something honorable, then I just don't get it. 8.5 with honors? Way too many mistakes too frequently to be accurate, in my experience. Forget this location. Lots of McDonald's out there.
This McDonald's location is very clean and the manager goes above and beyond. He frequently goes to the guests tables asking of everything is ok, while giving the cleaning staff a hand with garbage if they are busy. Overall excellent service
