Hey I just tried a double Espresso coffee at McDonald's.You know what it's better then Starbucks believe it or not .
Ordered junior chicken meal. Got the dead n leftover fries, completely soggy. Oh i forgot, they forgot to offer any straw with the chocolate milk shake. Unhappy meal.
Good prompt over all service. Hard-working people. I understand working in a fast food industry is not easy, and orders can get mixed up.Just make sure you’re very clear on your order and make sure they understand.
Do not order curbside pick up from this location! I repeat do not. Myself and the person beside me at the curbside pickyp waited for our orders but no one came to check in us. While countless other drive thru orders were fulfilled. We decided to go in ourselves and the staff did not even know our orders put through. Apparently some sort of error in their system.I suggest taking the drive thru. It'll be faster.
Advertised as 18.98 they charged me 19.98? Plus tax. I went back through the drive thru showed them the picture and they gave me my dollar back. Was odd but kids like the darn nuggets!
Placed the order online 25 minutes earlier. The order wasn't ready when I got there. And there was no one in the line ordering/waiting. The staff was still making my order and it took FOREVER. I asked one of the staff do you make the order when the customer is here for online order pick up? She said yes. Then WHAT'S THE POINT OF ONLINE ORDER?
Employees aren’t really enthusiastic to do their work. The washroom is not that clean a lot of the times when I go there which is odd for a busy location.The food portions are well done and orders are correctly done most of the time. Certain driver thru workers have a heard time of effective communication at times.
This place is a total joke. Waited in line for 15 mins and asked for a black coffee. Finally get the coffee and as I'm pulling out they didn't even put the lid on right and to my surprise the coffee cup explodes all over the interior of my truck and not only that it's a coffee with 4 cream. Can't make this stuff up. Literally the most basic order on the planet, at least if you're going to mess it up put the lid on right.
Best McD franchise I have been to. Hot Fries, burgers. Very rarely had complains. BUT, Wait for it. McD has increased price of fries from $1.99 to $2.40. A 20% increase.... COME ON!!!
Took minimum 15 mins in the drive thru to get one person's order in front of me. By the time it was my turn, my mcflurry had already melted.
