Ordered a small item. 2 apple pies and a small fries. Due to a busy time. Approx. 1pm I waited over 15 mins for just these items!! It appeared to be fully staffed. However,abit disorganized.
Good location, only real complaint/warning is to be careful taking the drive thru. It's very narrow with tight turns and corners.
24 hours location and they are almost always ready to serve you whether it's after midnight or 5 in the morning (drive- through).You don't have to wait for anyone to finish a shift change before getting a breakfast meal at 5am (unlike the Derry rd. and Goreway location).The staff are all pleasant regardless of the shift, and the restaurant is clean.
Location is quite, only couple of mins some rush. Work there for almost 4 hours. No veggie option, all of the snack is with meat or with whole lot of sugar. There is nothing this location could do to improve that but in this case at least should have bagels all day long. No bagels after 11 am was little disappointing.
I visit this location often but I went around 1am for a quick bite and was sooo shocked by the outcome of my order. First, the lady didn’t even scan our coupon or take the code to accumulate points from purchases. Second, my junior chicken tasted fresh but it was just super messy, all of the lettuce and mayo was all over the paper more than inside the burger. Lastly, I ordered a medium strawberry frutopia, and all i got was pink EXTREMELY watered down juice. Tastes nothing like frutopia, looks nothing like frutopia. And is NOT frutopia. For a 1am mission to McDonalds, what a disappointment!
On several occasions the coffee tasted like it was mixed with green tea. If you ask for sugar in your coffe make sure to tell them to mix it else it will all be at the bottom of your cup more often than not. Make sure the lid is on correctly on your coffee or tea unless you like sticky surfaces and stained clothes.
The McDonald's at 2255 Erin Mills Parkway is the worst I've ever visited! Ordered 2 mcnugget meals and 1 burger meal through online app. Waited for almost 10 minutes before given the meals. It gets better! Came home and found out there is no straws and no sauce! What makes it worse is this is the third time I was short changed on my order, and this will be the third time I will give out a 1 star Google review on this location! Please do me a favor and close this location once and for all!
This should have been reported to the health ministry .I came in store and the girl dropped coffee lids on the floor then picked them up and put them back on the shelf to reuse !! Who wants oily floor lids contaminated with that nasty floor??I come here on numerous occasions since it’s the only place close to work .. they don’t take orders properly I asked for fresh fries they gave me oily old fries .. I asked them to add an item or remove an item like bacon and they hear you at drive thru but when you get the food it’s a whole different order ...I will never come back to this location hasty market makes fresh food any way
Amazing experience, restaurant is very clean and staff is kind. The restaurant manager was even in lobby engaging with customers and making sure we were all being given the best service.
Just order a Quarter Pounder and Happy meal on app and pick up here at the drive through here. There is no straws and no nugget sauce, only one sheet of napkins!!!!! Come on man??????
