Amazing food, amazing owners. Haven't been let down once which is big because I'm picky. Go for the half chicken with rice and potatoes, extra spicy. (Just means more delicious peri peri, lol)
Consistently good food. Great place for lunch or take out for dinner. Chicken taste amazing and they have killer sauce. Chicken dinner comes with two sides and my choice is steamed veggies and salad to keep carbs low. Highly recommend!!! Cheers
I love this place, been coming here years, it's about 40mins away from me but well worth the drive! The food is excellent, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the price is reasonable. We just picked some up today for my family from Whitby that have never had it, they loved it too!
I just get the chicken, potatoes and rice. Pretty bang-on every time. A good place to get your meat and starch. Long time customer when we were in Mississauga, but still come back for take-out when we drive to the area from out-of-town. One of the best in Mississauga. Not over-buttered like other places. Overall, an excellent experience. Wife stocks up on the piri-piri sauce a few times now since we've been back in the city.
We frequently get the whole roasted chicken and greek salad. The chicken is better than anywhere else that I have tried. The prices are very reasonable. Their portugese tarts are wonderful. The owner is great!
Food is good and tasty . The reason for the negative feedback is the service is terrible. They are abrupt and rude and the terrible service is consistent. Been there many times and the terrible service is ALWAYS the same. They have also changed the size of their containers for the rice and potatoes and they are much smaller but the prices are the same.
This place is just amazing ???? The seafood ?? tray and grilled chicken ? ? ? is to die for ???? Just incredibly delicious ? ? ?☺️
I always order Family pack 1 which is 1 whole chicken, potato and rice. One time, I check if all the parts of the chicken were there and I realized that I had one wing connected to a breast. Where is the other wing with a breast meat? Another time I ordered a fish fillet meal and when I came home, I had the fillet but no rice and potatoes. My children like their chicken but I had to put up with the bad attitude of the servers and the price is not cheap either. I'll look for other restaurants with better service even if the price is a little higher. At least maybe I will get my whole chicken!
We ordered a rack of ribs and the potatoes on the side. The ribs were delicious and juicy. The potatoes were also very yummy (especially with some of the excess rib sauce). The price for a full rack was also pretty good in comparison to other restaurants. Will definitely buy again!!
The chicken is delicious, as are the potatoes and piri piri sauce. The custard tarts are amazing, better than from a bakery.
