There used to be a marble slab in my area now the closest one is about a 30 minute drive I was in the Mississauga area so I decided to go in and try marble slab.Nice big clean location service was very good great ice cream and especially the waffle Bowl was good.
Good food and service.very friendly and also has dairy and lactose free ice creams. Good prices and good ice cream cakes which tarts with miniature
Quality of ice cream is getting bad and prices going up. Banana split quality was not upto the standard as the cream they used was weird fatty stuff not whip cream they used to have. No coffee flavour taste in ice cream. May be new management of this stores cutting corners.
I returned back to marble slab after a very long time and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. It’s been renovated and it’s under a new management who are very nice and friendly. They have quite a bit of staff now so you don’t have to wait forever and comparatively to before it’s very clean and organized. Moreover, unlike the old management never scaling the ice cream and being stingy with the toppings the new management does it by the book measuring the ice cream and generously scoop the toppings. I highly recommend it now
A friend highly recommended their ice cream cakes so I decided to order one for my son’s birthday. The website was easy to navigate and the descriptions, while simple, gave a decent idea of what to expect.Pick up experience was pleasant. I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I arrived and my order was brought out to me. The staff member opened the box to show me my order so I could verify it was correct.I had brought a small cooler bag to keep the cake frozen as I was told it only required 10 minutes before serving. The lady kindly offered to help me manoeuvre the cake inside my floppy cooler bag so I wouldn’t tip the box, all with a friendly smile.The ice cream cake was delicious and our guests enjoyed it very much, commenting that it tasted like real cream, not artificial flavouring.Will definitely be back and looking forward to trying some of the other flavours. Only suggestion to Marble Slab Creamery is that selection is limited if one is concerned about nut allergies as many of the cakes have nuts in them.
Haven’t been to this marble slab location in a while so was looking forward to a great experience as usual. Ended up very disappointed with the ice cream that I ordered yesterday evening. Customer service was pleasant and welcoming, however, my ice cream was not as I expected: not enough mix-in ingredients and was not mixed thoroughly. By the looks of what I observed yesterday, I’m not even sure they have been trained on how to fold and mix all the ingredients thoroughly or are even familiar with the marble slab ice cream menu and the mix-in ingredients. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon ??
We went to this amazing place with our friends to celebrate Mother’s Day and all of us liked the delicious recipes that they have. This place has freshly made ice creams and have lots of toppings to choose. The new management was very nice and helpful in making decision. Definitely recommend this place for your family outing. Good Job ??
Great experience with the new management, they are welcoming and goes above and beyond for their customers, they even served us near closing time with a warm smile! The ice cream was made to perfection with enough toppings, overall very satisfied with the service
Under new management. We had good service and sitting area was clean. My kids love picking all the fun toppings to add to their ice cream. If you go in the marble slab website you can find coupons.
A big shout out to the entire team at Marble Slab Creamery for making my son's birthday extra special , they worked with us through out the order and even accommodated our last minute changes . We could not stop ourselves from packing a few scoops of their delicious ice creams during our design trip . The place is very clean and the team is welcoming .. we look forward to many more visits .
