Located in one of the busiest locations, best still it handles customer service very well, had an interaction with one of the Manager, Sasha. Highly professional and really knows how to deliver quality customer service. Plus the wait time was way less than the other lazeez. I would be down to visit again here with hoping to get the same and amazing customer service.
Usually it’s good, but this time I got it was worse than usual. To be fair, it was 12am, so maybe the food was sitting there for a while. But my fries were not crispy, and some rice bits were hard. A lot of the fries were small bits and pieces, and not full fries. Most likely the last of the batch, so it didn’t taste fresh. I’ve had better experiences with Lazeez, but this one wasn’t the greatest.
A special shout out and Thank you to Sasha for making my Sunday lunch experience as pleasant as can be. I was quite hungry and placed a call-in order for pickup. Although at first my order had not turned out the way I had liked, I was quickly accommodated during a really BUSY time. What could have been a poor experience was turned around and I actually left the store smiling. Thank you once again. Keep up the amazing customer service.
Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it makes my stomach hurts the next day. Overall it’s has been my go to spot for years. Also this particular location is better than ajj n y other location around in the area. So if you want Lazeez, then might come to this location.
Purchased two chicken on rocks tonight (2022-01-02 approximately 01:00) for myself and my partner. Both meals had burnt, crispy chicken and the rice appeared to be mixed from a few different batches. Some was extremely crunchy (stale) and a deep yellow and had an intense salty taste. Had Lazeez food a lot from other locations and enjoyed it... never seen quality issues like this. Neither of us could finish our meals and I will eat pretty much anything.
I visited here at 2:45 and still the chicken was so good and fresh. The garlic sauce is also very tasty. Love this location as compared to others in this area. Nice night stuff.????
Today i tried on the rocks.. the chicken was very tasty and crispy. I loved it… awesome chicken taste must recommend

It was a great experience. I had chicken on the rocks and the taste was epic. Their garlic sauce is just fab and customer service is very adequate and nice.
