There’s a guy wearing spectacles who works here (Usually at the cash counter) who is remarkably rude and unwelcoming. I used to frequent this establishment regularly as the food WAS good and it’s close by(Walking distance) but after dealing with that infant I drive to a different location or opt to eat something else entirely. Management should hide that guy behind a dishwasher or something as he clearly cannot comprehend customer service/interaction/satisfaction. Makes no difference to me though as I’m (sadly) done with this business. Sorry about the rant but had to be said.
It was very nice, I took the take away for three vegetable falafel wrap.The quality is good.Only thing worries me that the wrap comes with forced option of taking soft drink .
The food deserves 4-5 stars the service deserves negative 3-4 stars. I have been to many locations and this where I have received the worst service and the only location so far that I had to pay for toppings. If you want the same taste, better service, and not have to pay for toppings such as pickles and beets go to the one located in Vaughan.
Still one of the better Lazeez locations. It's been awhile since my last visit but the regular sized on the rocks seems much bigger. I probably could have gone for a small.
I eat from lazeez since last 3 years from different locations almost every week. Went to this lpcation to grab chicken on the rice, and the staff was rude. I told him to make it medium spicy twice and they made it extra spicy. When I asked to fix it, they blaimed me directly that I made wrong order instead of fixing it, start arguing in a loud voice in front of another customer.Lazeez shawarma lost a loyal customer today.I will not recommend this store to anyone in the future. Thanks for the bad experience.
The taste was not so good compared to other places. First time I was regretting to select this for lunch. I could not eat my wrap it was wastage of money.
food genuinely used to be decent, however it's been on a steady decline, especially as a result of the current servers. not worth the risk, would suggest going anywhere else in the plaza. if you see the man with glasses serving I recommend leaving, actually sad to see such a good spot deteriorate like this.Edit: Regarding the man with glasses; I have been served by him multiple times before, and I'm sure many others can vouch for the fact that there is a lack of care for what he is doing. More often than not the sauces are applied carelessly and sloppy, my previous experience he wasn't looking at my container when applying sauces. This is one example amongst many other issues. I genuinely don't expect the most as the food is what I come for, but such blatant disregard for the customer experience makes it hard to return to a potentially great establishment. Called to place an order for pick up, the girl took my order and said "that's it?" I said yes, she tells me "it's okay you can order when you come in" and cut the call... WHY would I call to place an order if I was planning to come in and place it. Just wanted to pick it up and go(work break only gives me a small amount of time) clearly my time is not valued. Used to love this spot when you guys first opened but now the rudeness makes the food bitter. You will be my last choice when all other options are not available
Rude staff. Wasn’t wearing a mask due to a medical condition. Meanwhile two of the cooks I witnessed also not correctly wearing their mask. Then I hear him under his breath call me disrespectful. When I asked how hot the sauce was I didn’t get an answer. I asked for medium and there was no sauce. When I opened the container to check, the guy squirted way too much and very sloppy. I’d never go here again in my life and would recommend the same to anyone else. Should’ve read the rest of the reviews prior to trying it out.
Love the freshness,the room definitely fills up the good aroma of their food ❤ crunchy fries, lentils rice amazingly flavored and cooked. Love Lazeez ❤
