Went there for a second time thinking the first time (bad experience) was a fluke. NOPE. Checked their posted menu. Waste of time, as apparently they don't make what they put on their menu schedule. Spoke with the people manning the counter. Quite rude and abrupt. I guess I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Plenty of other better places to buy from.
I had a feeling when i went in the restaurant it had new owners. I called ahead to place an order and all i could here is giggling each time i place something. I rubbed it off thinking maybe they were laughing at something else or i dont know. When i went inside after about 30 mins from when i called i had a feeling that there is a new owner. There were 2 servers and one of them was kind but the other one was very very rude. And she is not ashamed of her rudeness. She shows it to customers and eye tolls… i saw about 4 eye rolls from her the whole time i was there waiting for my order. You are the face of the company as you are in the front line but all i got from you is rudeness. I ordered the crispy pata and when we got home it was just not the same as before and a different sauce as well. Then and there i knew it is now run by a different owner. I would have come back if it was not for your server that was rude for no reason to its customers.
I give this rating base on huge health&safety concerns, and the way I feel their unrespect service.I get into this store since I saw their high ratings for long, but the main reason push me out is no one wearing mask even under current environments(served/chef). one guy even put his fingers into his mouth when he separate bag and box. even this I still want to give them at least one chance.BUT another reason is the server pass me to help her friends? order without explaining after 10min wait the customer ahead of me.I believe basic rules for any business is responsible and respecting for to your business, product, and customer no matter how good the food. You may have good food and chefs but not good business. Sorry to do this to you, but I really think this can be either success or shot down tip.
