I honestly wish I could give them a negative rating. The lady who took our order did not ask us whether we wanted to dine in or take out. She assumed that we would take out. We ordered the original kfc sandwich combo and the big crunch combo. The big crunch combo was horrible. The bun was "extremely" floury. When I bought this to the attention of the manager Harman, she did offer a replacement but was extremely rude and was not apologetic for a single moment. She kept arguing how it was not fungus/mold. I don't think that is the attitude a manager should have. Being the manager, she should have apologized and tried handling the situation calmly. Horrible experience overall. Big thumbs down and I would strongly advise everyone not to visit this branch.
Sign says KFC but doesnt really feel like it. Owner should definitely pay visit to other KFC's..Order messed up,Poor quality floury bun..Kudos to the staff. :-(

KFC is my favourite. But I never experienced this type of chicken I ordered 6 pieces chicken and large fried cold food and chicken was too much oily I asked staff she said we have this type of chicken she doesn’t have manners how to deal with customers seriously poor quality of food and service as well
Had a pleasant drive thru experience with Jasmine today, from placing order to picking up the food fresh and hot, she had kept the whole interaction genuine friendly and joyful with great energy. You'll have an amazing KFC experience if you're lucky to have her.
Worse service I have ever had with KFC there was 2 people in line and they still took over 20 minutes to take my order and then still couldn’t get the order right
Unfortunately they renovated the store but not the staff. Ignorant service, cold food. Now the party pack that included 10 soft tacos 2 fries and nacho chips with cheese use to be 19.99$ now you can't get that deal, you have to buy the 5 pack for 13.99$. Again I dont mind paying more when the quality is good but.... not here.
I just order from Uber eats 4 piece chicken .it was soggy and look like not fresh.I am really disappointed ?
The KFC looks better than it was before, the food looks and taste clean.This location was LONG-OVERDUE for a renovation.
I placed an order today on the app and came 2 mins after the scheduled time expecting it to be finished. However, when I came to the drive thru it seemed they were only now checking the app orders and didn’t have it ready. I was told to drive back around the drive thru in 5 mins. Overall- I wasted like 10 mins vs other locations that have the order ready on time.
