Worst location ever! Have tried possibly 3 times over the past 5 years, (still have memories of when it was delicious, no longer, especially at this location). Tonight, tried to order online - total failure after 30 minutes so ordered over the phone at 7 pm.So now 9:40 - no delivery, just received a call from the unfortunate delivery guy saying he was on his way. We live 10 minutes away. Said don't bother, we ate pb&j on toast an hour ago.Will try for the first time, Mary Brown's tomorrow.0 out of 10 Should have their franchise revoked.

The staff were very kind and very well presented and the only disappointment was that the food was very dry and when one waits a long time for their food and it comes out very overcooked and dry. It's very disappointing especially at the price point. They did offer to recook but I was done by that point in time. It was getting late in the day. I usually go to the KFC in Toronto by the food terminal and it's much much better and they have smaller staff but the food always comes out hot and fresh

The food was fresh and good, we got Taco Bell and KFC? and the best part was the employees, very kind and sweet, I'd 100% go back just because I was treated so well❤

Ordered a beyond meat chicken burger and they gave me real chicken. I've been vegetarian for 3 and half years, so I know the difference between real and fake. I tried calling from 9pm to 9:30pm when they're still open and they would pick up the phone and immediately hang it up again. I've never been more disgusted by a restaurant and their low standards.

Literally the worst KFC around!!! Missing items from $200 order, they refuse to adjust bill, will offer in store credit even though KFC customer service told the store directly to issue refund. If you try and contact the store directly they will NOT pick up call and ignore it... KFC should pull franchise from this franchisee!!!! COMPLETE JOKE of a business. Spoke with Manager, he told me he was too busy dealing with new customers.... This location's google reviews explain all you need to know... Avoid at all costs!!! VISA is now dealing with the merchant, thank goodness for credit card protection!!!!!

Terrible. They give you no receipt and then you miss half the order that you paid for. Leaving my crying kids in the car defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Go in to fix my order and the workers act like they don't know how to do their job. Rude and unprofessional. Save yourself time and go to ANY other place.

Got in and out quick. The food was pretty good. Staff was friendly. I dropped a star for restaurant cleanliness. Lots of space in the store.

I had a pretty bad experience here however the food was good! While I was trying to pay my card declined. I thought it was my fault so I phoned the bank. I was informed that there were no issues with my card or the service. Everything should be working fine. The staff member at the front desk said "I am running this through again so it better work" I was taken a back. It didn't work. I ended up paying cash.When another client came in with the same issue. The manager put a sign saying that they were only accepting Cash. Meaning it was a terminal issue and I was treated poorly for nothing. NO apology

It's like this location doesn't even try.I ordered plant based popcorn chicken and 2 famous chicken sandwiches online. I drove 30 min specifically to this location because their menu advertised it.I arrived at the restaurant who then told me that they don't have any plant based popcorn chicken, refused to refund me order and then misled me saying no location at all has them. I called customer service who told me this wasn't true.The famous chicken sandwiches managed to be both dry and not crispy at the same time and tasted stale.I would give this restaurant a 1 star if it wasn't for the semi pleasant person I spoke to at cash even though she didn't give me any satisfactory options to address my problem.

Absolutely disappointed and upset with our visit yesterday December 26, 2021: I spent $26+ on 2 combos: one of them the “Famous Chicken” sandwich which was not tasty at all. The chicken was old and very dry; it looked like it was made 4 or 5 hours before and probably sitting there in a container.I would have definitely went back and asked them to make a fresh one but I had company with me and didn’t want to hold them back.You’d think that management or staff on duty would have figured out by now to make smaller batches or make it by order so customers can enjoy fresh food… ??‍♀️
