Slow, orders always screwed up, employees and Manager are incompetent. Speak in their language in front of customers, blatantly rude! They care more about nickle and diming the customer than making things right. You have lost my business!!

I ordered the KFC famous chicken ultimate box meal, but didn’t receive a dipping sauce or a cookie. She even almost forgot to give me a cup for the drink. I would expect all the items to be there!!
KFC drive in Saturday May 28th 2022 around 8:30 pm.I was craving spicy thighs and got a box of 3. Had one right away, still steamy hot and the taste was weird. Had a second piece about an hour later and it still tasted weird, like the chicken had gone bad. Needless to say I was sick the next day.KFC should take better care of their chicken storage and not make people sick and get salmonella.The only good thing was how quick I received my order
Compared with KFC in different countries the quality is way below average, staff were not friendly or coporative. it was my first and definitely the last time to try KFC in Canada. A very dissapointing experience.
Why do you have it saying it closes at 11 when we show up and you say it closes in 3 minutes at 10….Shouldn’t you update your timings? I mean I think it would make sense to no?
A chicken outlet with no chicken at lunchtime???I have been waiting over 27 minutes for a 4 pcs combo. Waited 5 minutes after I ordered to tell me they were out of chickenI will not be coming back here
This is a Good KFC outlet, but overall the quality and taste is going down for KFC chicken... I feel now KFC has gradually become just another fried chicken and their trademark taste is now limited to hot-wings.. not sure if it's the cooking process difference, but now the chicken is coming out with too much oil too.

I see everyone has between 15 to 30 minutes delay/lateness I had 2 hours for an order of 4 items. When I call them and ask what’s taking so long they treated me with disrespect and hang up on me. One of my orders were 10 piece bucket and I was super oily and there was no skin on the chicken. Very disappointed with this store
