KFC chicken is one of my favourite chicken. I always have gravy and coleslaw salad on the side. I recently ordered their variety bucket which has 8 pieces of regular chicken, 4 chicken tenders, medium popcorn chicken, large fries and 3 dips. For family gatherings the original recipe buckets are always good for everyone to enjoy and the prices are very reasonable. The kids just love the popcorn chicken, easy eating for them. KFC chicken are always moist and well seasoned, the skin always crispy. They always taste so good and delicious.
We ordered from this location on slip the dishes last night, we ordered sandwich’s and popcorn chicken large fries etc and when we got our order they send us all pieces of chicken in boxes with nothing we asked for. We asked for coleslaw and they gave us macaroni. We asked for Pepsi they gave us 7. We then tried to call to see why they did this and no answer. We were SO disappointed and will not be returning to this location anymore. Horrible service and should not be open if you don’t have the items to serve.
Waited half an hour for a poutine after being told it would be no longer than 10 mins! I understand there was customers in front of me but if I didn't order chicken why should I have to wait till the person in front of me's chicken is done before I get my poutine.... absolute poor customer service
Service was good and the place is aSmall and good for takeout only. The reason for three stars is that I had the Kentucky Scorcher and it had the smallest, driest pieces of meat, small pickles and almost no heat. If you like hot or spicy food then you will be disappointed.
This is the worst place to get any KFC because the food is disgusting and when you order food from there it takes 2 hours so do not go to this store. And do not order online from this place they should shut this place down And the best part is when you try to call this store the line is always busy like they have their phone off the hook cause they know they don't know how to cook proper
This is THE WORST KFC I've ever experienced. If I could go lower than 1 star I would! How dare you serve old re-fried chicken to pass as a 'crispy chicken sandwich'? It was rubbery, it smelled like it was fried in stale oil no flavour just a shot of mayo hoping I wouldn't notice. The staff reflects the food being served HORRIBLE! Get new staff/management or shut it down!
If I had employees like the ones working tonight I'd shut the front doors. I dealt with the fact that you were unable to forfil my order. But to suffice with a chicken sandwhich that the meat was older than the person who made the sandwhich. To think you have an employee that isn't even fit to make a decision of wether or not to serve old food. I wouldn't have even given that sandwhich to my dog!!!!! Your employees and store front show your incompetence to own a restaurant. You need to be shut down. Avoid this location.
Staff were very polite. The restaurant was modern and clean. Only wished there was more parking (located in a small plaza) and that it was a drive-thru.
I would so love to give 0 stars. This place is an absolute disgrace to the KFC franchise. I walked in at 9:35pm on November 16th 2021 and I was told they don’t have chicken. Can you imagine my surprise, walking in a chicken store during business hours and being told they don’t have chicken? I asked for the manager’s name and a lady in the back asked a worker to come and give me her name which was Anu. I’m pretty sure Anu was not the manager because she asked the lady “are you sure ?” I’m now pretty sure the lady was the manager on duty and she didn’t have the guts to tell me that they don’t have chicken during business hours and give me her name. Very very unprofessional!! Never coming back here and please stay away from this place, it seems they get paid to stand around and tell customers that they don’t have chicken. People out here are begging for jobs and some people with jobs aren’t even doing their job. So disappointed I couldn’t get me KFC craving taken care of.
Waited over 25 minutes for deep fried chicken when there was no one else there ... How? Then get told the tenders aren't ready? And good thing I checked the bag because my poutine's weren't in there Idk, nice women but that was ridiculous, go to Popeyes
