Terrible service by the girl at the counter wearing glasses. The manager who is very polite who works in the kitchen but this girl on the cash counter is horrible, should be fired. Has no sense of customer service, is terrible at communication skills, has no respect for customers, probably a fresher or a student perhaps. Never going back to this place with such terrible and horrible customer service. KFC should hire more customer oriented staff and not such trash. I respect the manager who was in the kitchen but not the customer service up front. The customer service at the cash counter with glasses who served on sunday evening should be fired as she has no customer service skills. The manager inside the kitchen is very nice and polite and has all it takes for customer service.
I came here at 9:20pm on Saturday night June 4th 2022. I tried to order a 2 piece with fries and gravy. They flat out refused, they said they won't drop the fry basket only if it was 12 pieces. They were telling people this. They turned us all away. People were freaking out.Horrible service
The food here is usually very good but my last order was not up the mark the chicken inside in the burger was as chewy as rubber and the packing was also not so good
Hot wings and fries were really nice. I don't know I liked this KFC for some reason.
Friendly staff, very nice place to go. Has seeding to eat in and dine. Has men and women's washroom that are both usable right now. You order your food and then you get your drinks to the left side of the cashiers. The dining is behind and the entrance to the door is to the back of the right and it's not too small not too big it's it's about 30 people, when it's full. It doesn't have a wheelchair entrance.
It is unfortunate to know that my father, who is a senior, spent $50 at this location and all the pieces were subpar (being polite). He was confused about what to buy, and the only reason I am rating with 1 star, is because atleast the employee tried to help him. However, he basically only wanted a bucket of 15 pieces or so, but ended up spending way too much money for an unsatisfactory meal. So disappointed!
This store just delivered my order with multiple missing items. This has happened in the past. Other times food was cold. This review is from past deliveries as well. I never reviewed places before but I am fed up. Don't come to this place for KFC.
2 famous chicken for $10 is the ONLY deal that make sense but the CHICKEN BREAST FILLET SIZE needs to be big as kfc people running this place sneak small size chicken sandwich in the paper bag & customer do not notice in the store & suffer when they open the bag & found small size poorly made famous chicken sandwich.They have stopped above promotion or deal because this was the BEST.It's SHAME.
Came here around 8:30 Sunday night to order a late family dinner. I waited for over 30 minutes and watched several groups who had ordered well after me leave with similar contents to what I had ordered. Waste of time, evidently short staffed and incompetent customer service. Food seemed to be standard fare - nothing special - and nothing that would warrant my wait time. I'm sure other staff may be better and that this location may be a local favorite however tonight's service was undeniably unacceptable.
This location mixes their orders with old chicken. Very evident as the temperature, texture, and taste is different. If they’re going to mix new orders with old food, they could at least try their best to make it less obvious. I’m not even angry, i’m just feeling second hand embarrassment for the lady that kept denying it
