If I can give this store a ZERO I would!!!! I placed an order at 652 pm online and never received the order. When calling I kept getting the run around that my order was on the way. 2 hours later I finally got a hold of someone at the store who first said my order was delivered and then said it’s out for delivery. The worst customer service!!! I didn’t get an apology or even an offer to make it right but she had no problems calling be honey!!!! I expect a call from the store manager!!!!! This is completely unacceptable

Delivery was not coming so I had to call them, then the order was an hour late, then the wrong item arrived, and they then they just wanted to issue a refund which they said will take 5 - 10 business days to process. All in all, the worse experience I've ever had with an any establishment. Do not order from this KFC location, order at a different one. You have been warned.

The food is good. It is the lack of customer service and wait times that will make me go to another location. We ordered ahead for pick up, still had to wait over 25 minutes for our order as it was not ready, and they got part of our order incorrect.The employees do not know how handle busy times in an organized manner.

Every Tuesday the same horrible experience. You think they would make enough chicken and have staff ready for the rush that comes on Tuesdays. Always a long line up and no food ready. People leaving after waiting 15 minutes for someone just to take orders. The new management still have much to learn.

A recent order to this store had to be cancelled due to the fact that after two hours, we still hadn't received it, or had any communication as to why it didn't arrive. As a delivery order, obviously it was paid for, and repeated phone calls to the store went unanswered. The one time someone did pick up at the store, we were very rudely told that they had not received the order, and when we tried to confirm which store we had called, the employee hung up without answering. We tried calling the central call centre several times, they confirmed the order, and tried to put us through to the store, we tried calling the store directly as well, but with no one answering or anyway to reorder, we finally cancelled. This is not the first time we've had issues with orders placed at this store, and we will not be using this location again. I purposely put in a big order to supply myself and my guests with dinner for two evenings, and as I am housebound, and didn't want to travel out to order in person, I cannot even properly express how disappointed we were.The previous issues we've had with this location were 3+ hour wait time for delivery, getting someone else's order (during COVID and they asked for it back!!) and it took another 1.5 hours to receive our actual order. During the wait time for the correct order I received multiple calls from an employee at the store asking me to call the central call line and retract a complaint I emailed with regards to that order. I refused, and she tried to tell me they were adding a free item to our order to make up for the mistake, and to please retract the complaint. We finally received our order - correct, but with no extra items. That didn't bother me, we didn't want it anyway! Just happy to finally get our order! She called one more time to ask me to retract, and again I politely, but firmly refused. I did however thank her for getting the order to us. Which was received with a very determined click of a phone hanging up. Other orders picked up have been missing items, etc.It's up to everyone to make their own decisions on how they spent their time/money, but be warned, order here at your own risk.

I am very sad. First of all, the chicken here is definitely delicious, and the convenient location is a plus! But the service… my gosh is it horrible, I was very excited for the delicious chicken so I never minded waiting 30 minutes in line for those or getting rude attitude, I cared about the food. Once it was my turn, I specify my order and the type of meat in the order, waited another 15 minutes or so, went home… only to see that all I got are tiny pieces of chickens, none of those are the ones I specify when I hear, CLEARLY, that the cashier repeated my order and said OK. This is prob my 5th time or so and only today am I writing this review. At least tell me that the chicken pieces I asked aren’t available instead of hiding it. This would be a 1 star, but I love the chicken here.

This place was slow as heck. And by the time I got to the counter to order my food, I pretty much waited for nothing because all they had was the plant based popcorn chicken. I can see the people just talkng in the back, a lot of people waiting and nothing...

These people are bunch of jokers who don't know how to prioritize/manage the orders. I ordered online, the wait time was 15 minute. I had to wait for 50 minutes after reaching there so my order took more than an hour. I saw customers passing on and on and waited patiently. It's probably the worst KFC store I ever visited

I’m honestly very hungry and wanted something tasty and fast. I came here since it says open on google, but it’s not. The open sign is not even on and the doors are shut. There was a car though parked in the front with a person inside who just starred.

I have had KFC before, but I have to give it to them to have the BEST chicken popcorn !If you cannot decide what to have, just order chicken popcorn from KFC.I got the zinger burger and popcorn, both were fresh and delicious.There is no dine-in at the moment because of Covid restrictions but nevertheless food was worth it.I have to also mention that the counter was nice and clean, which you don’t get to see a lot at fast food places.
