Only getting 2 stars because I like KFCNever any chicken ready .25 min. Wait??? I get it in a restaurant faster.Closes 35 minutes early or should I say they won't make chicken 35 min before close.Just close then.Always people waiting around for food.Not sure what is going on here.
Laila was friendly; she was also accurate with the orders despite being by herself at the counter. Washroom's cleanliness needs attention, though. Chicken were FRESH!
Poor quality, they are not even wearing hairnets, the food quality is so poor idk how do they even get to work here such a shame! They are even gossiping in their languages. I wonder how no one observes this
Terrible....doesn't even taste like original KFC....ordered big bucket and half the pieces ended up being wings...omg paid expensive price for half bucket of small.wings..what ever happened to KFC.....MAYBE HIRE BETTER MANAGERS IDK......PLUS THE OIL OMG THE OIL IS PROBABLY REUSED ALL.WEEK BECAUSE THE CHICKEN WAS POORLY COOKED AND TASTED TERRIBLE.....NEVER AGAIN KFC....SHAME
The worst chicken on the planet!Do not order from Meadowvale location!18 piece bucket of broken bones and soggy breading. My family ordered delivery January 27, 2022. All 18 pieces are completely unrecognizable except 2 drumsticks.This location takes the traditional pieces of KFC chicken and cuts them in half.No corporate customer service and the location doesn't answer the phone when called directly. Arrived at location and they had 3 people ahead of us and they did not even acknowledge that we had been in the store until they emptied out the store of all existing customers.Not even a hello or we will be with you shortly. This is not how customer service should be in todays day and age. What happened to acknowledge the customer so they are aware that you know we are waiting or otherwise.I am rating this place a one when it should be a negative number based on the terrible service.
I want at a time with no line ups. So didn't wait long to get my food. A portion of my order was not fulfilled but I didn't do my check before leaving.
Every time I come here there is a long line and the service is EXTREAMLY slow. They don't have a drive through so they are only serving walk ins. Hire some more people or retrain the ones you have.I recommend the KFC on Creditview and Britannia. Much better service.
DONT go to this locationI’ve never dealt with such TERRIBLE customer serviceI ordered 4 chicken sandwiches with my combosI was given chicken tenders in the sandwich instead of a chicken burger pattyI voiced my concern to the supervisor on duty that day*Harpinder*Who refused to remake my 4 sandwiches but instead told me I got my orderThen decided he would remake only TWO of my 4 sandwiches for meI explained I paid for 4And receiving 2 wasn’t acceptable as I paid for 4 but he wouldn’t understand and instead chose to argue with mePulling out chicken pieces from the fryer to stand behind the counter and show me the different sizes of chicken defending the tenders in my sandwiches that were incorrectly done.The ultimate worst KFC location I’ve been toI frequent here as I loved their sandwiches beforeI’ll NEVER go againAnd I’ll make sure I share my experience whenever asked.Sadly I honestly believe he could’ve done better by just remaking the wrong sandwiches for meBut what do I know… I’m just customer.Sad.
Never going back. Saw the person making my sandwich didn't have any gloves and was talking on a cordless phone while making the sandwich. Used tongs to make the sandwich and every and now and then touched the sandwich to adjust it with her bare hands.
