Worst customer service at this place. Lady working at the front named Gajan was very unprofessional. She took 15 mins to take my order as she was busy packing uber and skip orders. Never coming back to this place.
I showed up with the coupon and was told the price was different. Then I asked the cashier why and was told I didn't know...
Chicken tenders was good, but not juicy as it says. It has enough dine in area and The restaurant was maintained well, washrooms were clean.
Customer service here is horrendous, I wouldn’t even advise anyone to work here with the management and current staff. Truly lost for words. Komathy definitely needs to not be at the front counter. She isn’t fit to have face to face interaction with customers , there is only 4 ppl to serve and Everyone waiting over 15 mins in a line. Wow this was an experience!
The restaurant smells horrible and the cooks don't wear gloves. The place is so dirty too.
First of all we stood at the counter about 3 mins while the cashier ignored us and played Candy Crush on her phone . The woman in the back called her over, pointed and said customers? Then the cashier was short tempered and was rushing us , asking over and over is that it, making it impossible to speak and finish the order. Then to top it off we watched her THROW each item into our bag.I’ve never even thought of complaining on a site like this but honestly I’m in shock how the cashier treated us and ppl should be warned before they go spend their hard earned money in there
Haven't had KFC for such aing time. So it was a great experience after ages.
message to young brown lady 9pm monday : if you say thank you with such attitude it just sounds like f u . the other woman kept good attitude toward customer even tho seems having a bad moment with other employee. thats what i call being professional thats why its 3 stars and not 1
Poor experience... food was cold, fries were old and spicy mayo tasted sweet not spicy
No indoor dining. But thats not their fault. Being from the USA, I only wanted a poutine. Didnt disappoint. Got my poutine fix for the week. Service was pretty good. Food was prepared pretty fast. No complaints here.
