The bourbon shrimp pasta was absolutely delicious. It tasted smoky, creamy, the shrimp was very sweet and tender and the cheese was just the right amount of saltiness to the dish.The steak and cheese stack was also flavourful. It was very tangy and bbq-y (lol) with a kick of spice in every bite. There’s only 2 pieces but it was very thick. The only problem was the mashed potatoes lacking flavour and no gravy unless you buy it extra.The bacon bourbon bbq burger was good, but they made a mistake of adding raw onions to the burger which wasn’t supposed to be there. Fries tasted good but some were over cooked and burnt.The kids cheese pizza was the worst one, looked exactly like a McCains frozen pizza. The bottom was burnt so my husband had to peel off the bottom pieces just so my daughter can eat it. She didn’t finish it. Only had 2 slices so it says a lot.I only gave 3 stars because of the cheese pizza and although this location is fairly new, the staff training is not adequate. They did apologize for the delay in their service and the serving of food so I would still recommended it.
Great place to enjoy with friends and family alike. The sports bat area is also spacious and well laid out.The food, drinks and menu are well catered to all ages.The Manager Sunny and his staff are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about what they serve.The food that was brought out was fresh and tasted very good.
Went there on Mother’s Day. Called ahead and we were told just walk in and when we reach the restaurant we were asked if we had a reservation and when I said no she was reluctant to give me a table and I could see so many vacant tables. She finally did get us a table when I told I had called and told to just walk in!Service was really slow which is ok as it was a busy day but what was not ok was the quality of the food we got.Ribs were below average in taste and the fish burger was absolutely dry with so sauces in it.Our server was friendly!
We went a few weeks ago as a group of 7. We highly recommend this location! The atmosphere is so positive, the staff very attentive and the food was on point! We decided to make it a regular meeting spot because we were so comfortable there. The managers were present and checked on us regularly which we really appreciated. All our food was delicious and came out fresh. I love the wings! I ordered the steak for my meal and it was done perfectly. Time and money well spent! We also love he fact that everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves too. The restaurant was clean and they were very mindful of covid guidelines.If you choose to go to this location you will be pleases you did!
We’ve heard lots of great reviews from friends and neighbors to try out this new Kelseys location! And we’re glad we did!Karen, our server was friendly and nice. Our food was great. The atmosphere in the restaurant was upbeat and inviting. Even the bathrooms were fun!We will be back!
We wanted to check this location out on Erinmills because it just opened not too long ago. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress Rose was super pleasant although I felt they were understaffed. She had like 7 big tables to handle but she made sure we had what we needed and I appreciated that. We'll go back for sure
This is a MUST-TRY new location of Kelsey’s! The food is fabulous and the service was very attentive.We arrived for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We hadn’t tried one of the beers so our waitress was very gracious and provided samples. In the end, we ordered a pitcher of something tried and tested but this small gesture set the mood for the day.For food, we had Chicken Parm and Nashville Hot Chicken. The Chicken Parm can give any Italian restaurant a run for its money! It was tender, juicy and the sauce was extremely flavourful. The Nashville Hot Chicken was equally as well done! And the Sweet Potato Fries were the best one’s I’ve ever had!!If you’re in the area, definitely try this location and if you’re not, you’re missing out!!!
Went here for their half price wings on a Thursday night. We were greeted by a kind hostess and server. My partner and I got the spinach dip with baked pita, 10 pcs wings with apple butter bbq and medium sauce. For entrées we got the Nashville chicken and chicken fried chicken. Lots of chicken platters for this dinner lol The spinach dip and wings were great! The wings took a bit longer to come out but our server was very apologetic and told us it was because it was wing night, which we were understanding about! The entrées were a bit underwhelming. The Nashville chicken lacked much flavour and the gravy for the chicken fried chicken dish was super thick and almost clumpy? Overall it’s a great place for group dinners with friendly service, but entrée dishes could be better!
The best kelsey’s i’ve ever been too. Amazing service, amazing food, and beautiful environment. these guys have the best patio we’ve ever seen. 10/10 will come back
Was looking for a good spot for patio dining in this cold weather and so glad I came across this location. I had a great experience at Kelseys Erin Mills. The food, ambiance, and staff were a 10/10 not too mention how nice and cozy the patio was.The owner Sonny was sucha kind man, absolutely loved his service. Will definitely be going back here very often. Highly recommend!!!!
