Kababs are so delicious here. Especially bihari kabab and parathas are the best.Great customer service !

I placed an order via DoorDash on Saturday Jan30th . The Gola kabab was okay . Paratha was fine But the Bihari Kabab was rotten and smelly . I immediately left a review on Door Dash but neither them nor the Karachi Kabab wala got back to me . The whole plate was thrown away as the whiff of rotten meat was enough for us as soon as we opened the white styrofoam takeaway box . How can a restaurant be so careless to handle food especially meat items . Anyways it was my first and last time ordering with them or even Door Dash as they were of no help either . Highly disappointed?
We called to place the order on the phone and the lady put us on hold and then hung up. We called again and she again put us on hold for over a minute. When she came back she was in such a rush, we felt very pressured to just place the order. For a gola kabab and a malai boti the order time was 40-45 min.We reached in about 20 min and when I went in to check the lady added another 10 min and started arguing that the time you placed the order was 10 min after the actual call. Very very poor service I must say.Anyway I had to wait for another 40 min to get the order. And I could see the lady now giving 1 hr to 1.25 hrs for new orders with such disdain that it looked like she d refuse the orders if she could. Very very unpleasant lady to deal with at the counter.Anyhow we took the food back home and were delighted with the taste and the quality. The gola kababs had the perfect taste of the charcoal grill and spicy. Malai tikka too was spot on. It has a very Karachi bbq like taste and we loved it, being from Karachi.The three star despite the food quality is only due to the unpleasant behaviour of the lady taking the order and how she bullies the customers with her attitude. Its really a shame when a restaurant with good food suffers due to servicing standards. I hope someone from the restaurant reads the review and addresses the issue
We bought 1 behari kabob roll that was alright. We also had 2 chicken tikka rolls one roll the chicken was to big and under cooked. The other roll the chicken was burnt and parhatha was not not cooked at all. I ended up getting very sick at night. Please be careful with the food.
Highly disappointed. The Gola Kabab and paratha was okay ish but the Bihari Kabab were rotten . Literally I opened the box and a whiff of rotten meat welcomed me . Straight to trash it went . It was my first and now last time . They don’t care about food safety but a few bucks . No matter it make someone ill with food poisoning. Never again ??
Ordered food, told me food would be ready in 1 hr. Called them after 1 hr asking if the food is ready. Found out order was not placed. Reordered food, was told food would be ready in 15 mins, went there after 30 mins still food was not ready. When started eating, food had no taste at all. They forgot to add salt. No apology from the staff neither compensation.
I don’t understand how the staff takes 30 minutes to make 1 kabob roll. I’ve ordered here multiple of times as it is near my work, hoping the wait time would get better but yet they fail to impress me which had left me no choice to make this review. Please hire more staff or be efficient in time because no one has 25-30 mins just wait to wait on one kabob roll.
Amazingggg Bihari kabab rolls in Karachi style parathas. Just perfectly spiced and bang on flavour and tenderness to the meat.
