Went there on a Saturday dinner with the family.Tips:1) Go there before 5 pm to avoid long wait time to get seated. Past 5 pm serve time takes longer because of the volume of orders placed.2) Food are placed through an iPad, some food comes 1-piece per order, some comes 3 to 4 per order.3) Price was $37.50 per person, all you can eat, weekend, dinner time. Tip is built-in in your bill.4) Around 6 pm, order takes more than 5 minutes to come. Our "desserts" came after 15 minutes, it's because of the volume of orders placed at the same time.Food was good and fresh.Yes, I would recommend this place

Dine-in - Saturday - All You Can Eat - Dinner - Party of 3*SERVICE*We came on a weekend, it was a busy time, and they were low on staff (Help Wanted sign on the front-window). But they STILL had amazing service. An empty plate didn't sit on our table for longer than a second. Food came at an excellent pace. They servers were super attentive and friendly. We expected slow service, so I have no clue how they managed the place so well even though it was filled with diners.*FOOD*Excellent variety on the menu. Every single dish was high quality and delicious. The portions were perfect to try out what you wanted, and you can always order more if you liked a dish.*LOCATION*Beautiful dine-in area, very clean, nice comfy booths. The washroom was also clean and orderly (Men's washroom).*OVERALL*100% recommend. I don't know of a place that does it better. Just reserve a table if you have a larger party.

I had an amazing experience here. Best All You Can Eat restaurant I have ever been to! Tasty food, beautiful ambiance and great customer service. We were a group of 8 plus a kid. The servers were polite and the manager was very friendly; he came to our table to see how we are doing. We lost track of time and stayed passed the closing hour. They were so polite that we didn’t feel any pressure to leave.

Yummy food with the best service! I really enjoyed my meal at K&B Sushi as the sushi was delicious. The seafood tasted very fresh and the salmon was fatty. The service was great too as the waiters were very attentive but not in an overbearing way. The only complaint I have is the torched sushi didn't torch much but that is probably a matter of personal preference.

Food was kind of bland and took a while to prepare. I ordered a chicken udon and it had barely any taste, just pepper. The sushi was okay, but I’m not sure why the salmon was cooked and not raw. I would’ve much preferred it to be raw. The salad dressing was extremely watery and made the lettuce wet and not crispy. Miso soup was okay, again, not the great. Everything was edible, but it could’ve been much better.

First, let’s start out with the positive good aspects of the restaurant. They have an iPad ordering system which is very easy to use and customer friendly. They follow covid rules and wear masks properly. The atmosphere is really nice inside with beautiful colours and tables. The best thing here though was the food, I would love to eat here any day for the food. It was simply delicious and crispy with every bite. Even the curry tasted good.To go into the negatives now. There is barely any communication, we walked in then the manager asked us how many people and we got seated then he just passed us the iPad, once you are done ordering you must wait for a server to rudely come and confirm the order on the iPad for you while not even smiling or making eye contact. I don’t know what is with these people but they all have a serious attitude and need to change it. The only lady that was smiling was this one short lady with bangs. The others had attitudes and were basically mute, no communication AT ALL.Aside from that on our online banking we saw we were CHARGED TWICE! how do we get charged twice???? The tip was not worth leaving considering they charged us twice. Would not ever come inside again to dine in, horrible experience.If you are interested in only come on in, if you don’t like mediocre service and spending double your money perhaps don’t.

Hope they open up again soon. Good variety, quality and service. Sushi tastes fresh and beautifully presented. iPad ordering system is good, but each order needs to be verified manually by a server so it slows down the meal and responsiveness. Modern tasteful decor with corresponding clean washrooms. COVID rules are followed. Plenty of parking in the plaza lot.

I have been here so many times since December 2018.There is 3 locations.I must say this location is the BEST!They have a great variety of food.Food was great.Sashimi was Amazing!!Fresh and good quality.Price is reasonable.The manager is nice ,Friendly and attentive.Highly recommend!!!

I went to K and B with some friends and had a great time. The food is excellent - sashimi and sushi fresh and tasty, delivery time-responsible, and service quick. The atmosphere itself is quite welcoming and charming, we spent a bit of time chatting and later left. Would definitely recommend it to anybody who’s willing to try it!

Foods good but don’t bother making any requests when placing an online order. Picked up an order for dinner, requested 6 pairs of chopsticks in the notes and only 3 were packaged. We don’t keep any spare chopsticks at home so this has been an inconvenience considering I have to drive 20 minutes to pick up.Edit; dropping down to 1 star as we had just discovered a short black hair inside one of our rolls.
