worst experience ever. i ordered 2 chicken soulvlaki meals (as i always do at other jimmy the greek locations such as masonville) and they gave me half the box portion than they normally do, but still charge me the same price. the staff was unbelievably disrespectful and rude. the guy preparing my meal put sauce all over my meal when i asked for it on the side. i told the cashier i didn’t want the one on the side and they gave me extreme attitude. the cashier rudely asked me to “move out of the way” so another customer can pay. once i was ready to pay i politely asked to pay with debit and the cashier stood there doing nothing. he then yelled at me and asked if i was ready to pay yet. i’m extremely disappointed and i won’t be returning.
good food and solid service. Haven’t had a negative experience regarding customer service or food quality. Would go again
I have been going to various Jimmy the greek locations for the last 20 years. I went today for the lamb dinner and I told the person serving me that I did not want any olives but would prefer more onions on my salad instead. She said she would have to charge me an extra $1.25. Will never return to this location.
Very bad quality food, not worth the money compared to other Jimmy The Greek, would not recommend this location.
Most horrible staff - exactly as described in other reviews. The 3 ladies working the shop are rude and clearly have bad attitude towards the customers. Clearly shows why the place barely had any customers while the other spots were buzzing with folks. In the end, i had to politely state that we will skip buying food from them and went with anither alternative. I hope the reviews here and complaints do get acted upon.
Run by greeks, this is as authenic of jimmy the greek as youll get. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, this place is really good.
So basically load the tray with rice and add couple pieces of chicken...terrible..lucky to get a 1
There's a reason, out of all the fast food restaurants in the food court, you never see a line up at this location.It's an ordeal to order at this place and every time I've been here. The service is horrendous. Don't be shocked if the one old woman is either extremely rude or laughs in your face; everyone who I've spoken to about my experience says the same thing.The chicken is cold and tough like they just pulled out yesterday's chicken out of the fridge, the staff will practically fight you if you ask a question, and god forbid you ask for extra tzatziki.
Not really sure what is up with all the hate in the other reviews.1-portions are fair sized. Not massive but by no means small. I would say most other eateries and restaurants have either increased prices or reduced size. This is not specific to this location. Despite this, their portion is very filling. They also do not prepack the foods. They put everything in to the container to go as you order.2- every interaction I've had with the employees there, especially the main lady who serves the food, has been pleasant or neutral. No super chipperness just standard normal service: Polite, quick and efficient.3- Food is always fresh and tastes way better than most franchise locations. I eat here whenever I am at this mall.Again, I am absolutely confused by the current negative reviews.
Giving a 1 star review is me being generous. The lady that works at the front is probably one of the rudest people ever. We asked for a side of salad dressing and she refused even after we said we would pay. The portions are a JOKE. This place has ruined it for me.
