Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating, we had a table of 9 she was quick to bring out drinks and anything else we asked for. The downside is food was pretty mediocre, presentation wise it looked good but overall very basic. I would return to this place for a night out drinking with friends but probably wouldn’t order food again. 4 stars for the great service tho!
Everything was good but the music was very loud.
I love the set up and vibe of this place. The DJ played some really good throwback and modern day songs. It’s perfect for a night out with friends and/or family. We got the medium buffalo chicken tenders which were excellent. The Thai curry bowl was also really good however, the Nashville hot chicken sandwiches were okay - definitely had better elsewhere.
We had reserved our table in advance on a Friday evening - thank god for that. Huge crowd waiting to get in for both outdoor & indoor sitting. Must try crab & lobster dip along with your liquor. We also had Belgian wheat beer and it was excellent
One of my favourite places to visit all time… I love the food, most importantly their appetizers.I have been visiting this place for the last 10 years and the quality of food seems to be consistently good! I love the ambience and the location as well. Highly recommend this place
The atmosphere at this place is very nice. I really like the old school skateboard deco collection on the wall. They also have old school arcade games that are free (see pics). Patio area is pleasant and there's adequate parking outside. It can be very hard to find parking during peak hours. The only thing that wasn't good was the service. The waiter kept on forgetting our orders and asked multiple times to confirm what we ordered. He also got my beer selection wrong. I asked for Sleeman's 2.0 Clear and I received something else. Food was ok, I had the wings. Some of the carrots wasn't fresh, they were dry and had some odd spots on them (see pic).
It’s our first time coming in since the renovations that they had. Very nice and the new additions they had was aesthetically pleasing. We had the Asian Wonton Nachos, Lettuce Wrap and Southern Poutine. Wonton Nachos and Poutine was a win, but the lettuce wraps were a little sad. The DJ was a nice addition to the patio, I just think they need to add more workers knowing that it’s summer peak hours and it will be much busier. Other than that, all was good and can’t wait to be back!
The cutlery and plates were dirty. We had to send them back and wait for the server to bring clean ones which took a while. We asked for napkins and that took a while too.
Our service was, unfortunately, very poor last night! He came to the table once on his own and had to be prompted to return when we wanted to order and when we wanted the bill. Once we received the food the fries were stale and the burger was over cooked. Not the best experience!
Had a full glass of red wine spilt on me. No visit from the manager and was only offered to have the cost of the wine removed from the bill.
