food was good, loved my cheese beer soup! however music was a bit too loud for having conversations
This chain does a pretty good job of ensuring each of their locations is run to the same level of quality. And if you've been inside one of their restaurants you've been inside them all as they likely have been done up to the same building spec.This specific location I had a BBQ chicken sandwich and it was so big I couldn't finish it. Went with a party of 6, everyone was happy and full by the end. Server was friendly and did a great job. Would recommend.
My family and I are obsessed with this place. The food, the ambiance, the service is impeccable. Tina is an amazing server that works there, she’s served us a few times when we’ve been in and have always been very pleased with her service. She is prompt, respectful, professional and so sweet. She always recommends the tastiest dishes and constantly checks up on us to see if we’re doing alright and if we need anything. She’s absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend, 10/10!
Tina is the best waitress ever! We had been sitting a while at our table going unnoticed and Tina came to the rescue! She was very helpful, and efficient, and an all around wonderful human. Brian Patrick was alright, he had great hair and checked on us a few times, not as much as Tina did (who also has awesome hair) Music was good, Food was good, but nothing compared to Tina!
QR code for review didn't work (see attached). However unlike the unreliable QR code the service and quality is not unreliable at all. Lisa and Christine always provide friendly, amazing service and make the visit memorable. We will definity return as long as we can see their smiling faces. Thanks for a great time.
Jenn was an amazing server! Being a server myself I must say she did an stellar job! Constantly checking in. If she noticed we were talking she would nonchalantly walk by and make sure we had full drinks. Her recommendations on the menu were stellar, most places they recommend the most expensive item, to either upsell or get a greater tip. She was honest and very approachable. Never had to wait on anything. She was quick and efficient. Good food, good service! Food was amazing Kudos to the kitchen team! We will be back, impressed with service the second we walked in and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Best location by far.
I debated about even writing a review, but decided to give a 3 when even that is too much. I appreciate restaurants going through lots of changes during Covid, and Understand some places are short staff. Then take on the amount of people or customers that you can service, not overwhelm the staff or cooks. Ordered a beer, came back flat, all good. I ordered another beer took 15-20minutes…kids chicken fingers took 45min, my fiancée meal came with mine packaged in a to-go container, I only asked for mine to come like that an hour later. Listen I don’t care or want anything free, but when you go out expecting decent service and get nothing like that it’s disappointing. I will not name my server as that is not our style, but very disappointed and will not chose this location just for the bad experience tonight!
My first dine in of 2022!!! I took my mom with me and we really enjoyed. Very clean place, nice environment and the lady who served us was awesome! The food was delicious, specially the Garlic Bread ?
Customer service was good but the food was awfully underwhelming! Loved seeing a whole plant-based section but I've never seen a "Mexican bowl" with such sticky, sushi-like, absolutely flavorless rice along with half a teaspoon worth of "toppings" ie completely flavorless corn, black beans and salsa. It felt almost disrespectful and embarrassing to call that a Mexican bowl.
Our waitress tonight was Erin G and she was amazing. Fast service and friendly. Only reason that it’s a 4* is due to the DJ blasting the music. You need more employees like Erin G!
