Best hero burger branch in the GTA. The meat is never under or over cooked and the burgers are made with a lot of care, in comparison to a few other branches I’ve been to.The guy at the front (not sure what his name is) is a complete professional and extremely nice to customers. 5 ⭐️ for a job well done.
The guy that works here does a great job. He has a good attitude & genuinely cares about the quality of the food he puts out. The food is great everything is always super fresh and tasty.
Ordered the Spicy Jalapeno Crispy chicken meal, the food was really hot and fresh, the fries were amazing, the burger itself has a unique taste.The staff is very polite, Elias suggested me this combo, the kitchen staff is amazing.
I have loved hero burgers and their fries, but the quality has become so poor now. We got the spicy jalapeno burger and the burgers had way too much sauce and all we could taste was the spicy sauce and not the chicken or anything else. It was really so bad, the chicken was over fried and the sauce was just slapped on and so overpowering that we did not finish our burgers. Their fries used to be the thick cut fries which tasted so amazing but now their fries are like any other fast food chain. Disappointing.
We tried here for first time. Chicken burger combo was amazing. We had a great time here.
The restaurant is well managed and staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable and just a little bit on high side. The only minus point is they do take sometime preparing the food when it is supposed to be a fast food joint.

Yesterday was my first time ever eating at Hero Burger.When I first walked in, the place was a bit empty (covid rules, middle of the day, etc.) but it was clean. The staff is nice and they got to work pretty quickly when I walked in. The 2 stars are because the service was good.I ordered a classic minus tomatoes. I got the burger and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. I could tell from the taste that it wasn't the fault of the staff; the recipe just isn't that good.I can ignore the borderline dollop of mayonnaise. I can ignore the lacking onions (red onions, so that's a step up at least); what I couldn't ignore was the fact that the patty itself had no real flavour. No taste of spices, seasonings, nothing.Unfortunately, I would put this on par with McDonalds, which I personally don't consider to be a burger place but rather a sandwich place, which is what I now see Hero Burger to be.I'll eventually come back to another location on another day just to give these guys a fair shot.
Dont even deserve one star The man who is working on front he is totally Unprofessional dont know how to deal with delivery drivers Pretending to be a extra smart I picked order 2 days ago From this store if order is not ready he has to say wait for 2 or 4 minutes i was waiting from last 5 minutes after that he say can u wait on side i dont recommend any one to go there he is shameless OWNER should take a strickt action againt him Thankyou
