We visited for the first time on a Friday night around 9pm. We were seated immediately and all the servers were very attentive to us, despite the full and busy restaurant. Everything we ordered came surprising fast, we tried a bit of everything and it was all decently good! Overall the service was great and the food was consistent, I would definitely come here again for the AYCE sushi
One of the better sushi all you can eats out there. Sashimis are fresh and have a larger selection of food. Decent cleanliness and staff are helpful.
It is with great sadness we have to leave this review. My husband and I are card carrying HEART SUSHI VIP CUSTOMERS and as such are avid heart sushi customers. We thought we’d try this location, and have to say we will never be back.1) we put our name on the waiting list for a table we’re told to wait in our car 30-45 min “no problem” but once 1h 30m rolled around I thought I’d call they for got us.2) once seated took for ever to explain to the server what we wanted as she couldn’t understand a word of English.3) once we ordered our food. We enjoyed our drink when it finally came. An hour goes by and we have NO FOOD. The server said the chef is working on it. 45 min goes by we ask “is our food almost ready” come to find out somehow they can’t find the the chits for anything we ordered. About 2 + hours goes by, and we didn’t even get 1/2 of what we ordered. We even wrote down what was ordered and what we got and they were like “ don’t know so sorry”This location is absolutely horrible. They don’t have 1/2 the menu items, the portion sizes are not correct as per heart sushi portion sizes.Even speaking to management all they kept saying so sorry. Don’t know so sorry. Didn’t even offer compensation.We paid our bill in full, will never return “to this location” and have also sent a vast email in more detail to corporate.Google really does need a ZERO star optionAVOID THIS LOCATION

Wonderful sushi buffet restaurant.The place is huge and decorared beautifully.Food is variable and delicious. The baked vessel and sashimi are one of the highly recommended dishes.The server is friendly and fast!Worth the price and will come back!
Was hesitant to come in after seeing that they had a conditional pass on their health inspection in January 2022…Gave it a try anyway only to be disappointed in the decline in quality of their food. Not worth the increase in prices.Went in at noon on a Saturday and it was not busy. Ordered my usual orders for AYCE. Hot foods were lukewarm at best. Hand rolls were poorly made. Best to try something else if you’re craving sushi.
Amazing food, excellent customer service, even they brought a cake to share my daughter birthday on the Christmas Day .
We have been wanting to try this all you can eat sushi place for a while, and finally got a chance to come here. Was definitely not disappointed by the quality of food and the selection that they had to offer. The sashimi and raw food was super fresh, and the cooked and fried food were quite tasty. Needless to say we all left feeling very full. The service was also great which made the experience even better. We ordered a number of dishes just to try everything out and there’s really no complaints for any of the dishes. We definitely saved room for dessert, and we tried the mango pudding as well as the various ice cream selections. My favourite was definitely the mango pudding, definitely should try. Out of all the dishes I liked all the raw foods, such as the sashimi, they were fresh and they also offered a great portion. Whether you’re looking for a restaurant for a date or a family dinner, I would highly recommend coming to heart Sushi. The price was reasonable for the quality of food would definitely come back! Was too busy eating so didn’t take too much pics lol! The decor and atmosphere was also very cute!
Cool little sushi spot with unique interior. There's an IPad for ordering all you can eat. Selection was pretty diverse ; sushi, sashimi, soups, salads, noodles, rice dishes, desserts, etc. Food quality was slightly above average for AYCE sushi. It's my third time there, I go there when I'm in Mississauga with friends. Service is decent as well.
Started going here when it first opened up years ago. The quality has been going down consistently. Sushi options have decreased by 50% at least and most of the rolls are crunchy (stuffed with tampura bits so you are full faster).Other than sushi rolls, food did taste good.Service is great. Food arrives fast.Servers and manager are good as well.
