Amazing burgers as usual, I usually use my scene points to pay, the cashier incorrectly input my scene number and during the error she explains it’s not working as it’s a weekend. Had her re-input the digits worked….-_- Customer service can do better please.
After coming back service was better and burgers were fresh. I have edited my review and give more star now after better experience.
It was my first time picking up a meal and the person who prepares my sandwich uses her hand to pick up the toppings! I was disgusted and on my way out i tossed out the sandwich! Ugh!
Placed an order for work here and these people didn’t even have enough sense to label the items. Just threw all the burgers in the bag, so we would have to open them and check ourself. I’m really not surprised based on the people that work here but it’s just common sense. What exactly were you people thinking?
The staff is friendly and works fast ; however , I have to repeat these order 3 times and toppings also 3 times before they get it right. Also, the machine is very fussy. I had to put my card in 3 times before the payment can be made.
I would NOT recommend this place as the we were treated like 3rd class citizens by a staff member named Kaveena who spoke rudely and loud, arguing and belittling us as well as her direct co-workers. We felt Discrimated for whatever personal reason as both my daughter and i noticed (though we all are obviously the same background) . This place served us cold fries that were soggy even mixed up the veggie and meat burgers and Kaveena suggested us to pick through all the condiments and figure it out ourselves!!! This place is very UNCLEAN and does NOT look like a place to dine in.
We came in today and had 3 meals and 3 sandwiches all grilled chicken.Food came in cold and even the cheese was not hot at all as it should be. When we talked to the staff and then another female staff came and she insisted that the food was not cold and this is normal quality they are serving.Then when we left we felt that it was not good response and we needed to speak to the manager. We called and same female staff answered and we asked to speak to the manager, she said I am the manger and she said that they are too busy and she hanged up !!We tried calling back and she handed up again when we called back.Terrible service and full of attitude.

Bring a throw-up bag.This Harvey's used to be an amazing place but now this place is run by dysfunctional management and staff. In the beginning I thought that it was a one-off episode. However, I was proven wrong consistently over the weekends. Here are a few things that need a lot of attention and I mean a 10000 ton worth of attention.- Takes too long to get the order right- Fries are just pure oil and not potatoes- Burger is a pure mess. Lettuce and onions go everywhere.- Burger wrapping is a work of 3 year old art.I wish I took pictures of my smushed fries but I was just too hungry and even though I know it was disgusting, I just was just thankful for having something to eat.HQ please do something to make your store a better place like it used to be.
Waited 35 mins in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me. Each car they’d take 15 mins each. Everyone was getting extremely annoyed. They said they were short staffed but their attitude was absolutely appalling. Didn’t care at all how the customer felt. I will not be returning here again.
Ordered 2 burgers, 1 was made perfect, the other was missing toppings we asked for and had other toppings we didn't, and was extremely sloppily put together. Unfortunately we found out once we had come home so didn't bother going back.
