First time here, got the shared hot pot. We got the clear and hot spicy one. You can also get single ones too. Just so you know, the broth is a extra change on top of all the toppings. It was all you can eat, we went for everything lamb. Slice lamb, lamb meat balls, lamb dumpling. We also got beef, shrimp and mussels with some veggies. We got 2 rounds of food and was so full. The first round came out really quick and the second round was a little bit slower. They only had 2 severs on the floor and they kept forgetting things. You had to ask them twice to get what you wanted. I would have gave them 5 stars if the service was better. It's the robot server that made up for it. Very neat ?. You got to eat here! The electronic stovetops for the hot pot are really nice and allow you to easily control it There’s a wide selection of options to order from (in terms of meat but also veggies, tofu, noodles, etc) and a lot of options at the make-your-own-sauce bar.However, despite there being a sign requiring masks at the sauce bar, this was largely unregulated, and since the sign is only visible from one side, it lead a lot of people to use it unmasked, which feels pretty unsafe with COVID still being around.The service was pretty meh. They weren’t rude or anything but also weren’t particularly friendly ? And they often took a while to clear out the empty dishesOne thing to note is that instead of giving out tap water, they seemed to give Kirkland water bottles? Which I guess is cleaner in theory but Kirkland water tastes sorta nasty to meOh and if you’re going in the summer, I’d advise bringing a jacket or something cause the AC is FREEZING
Reasonably priced for all-you-can-eat with a wide selection of food which we enjoyed. Food tasted good and quality was good too. Only complaint was the service. We asked 3 times for water just to end up getting 2 bottles when we were a group of 3. We didn’t end up getting the third bottle of water because the server never came to check up on our table. We also ordered the ice tea, which we had to ask for 3 times just to be told an hour later that they ran out of cups to make it. The server rarely ever came to our table, felt like we always had to go looking for staff to assist us when we needed something
Came here with my family on a Saturday night at 7. There was a lineup so we had to wait in line. We were seated after about half an hour. They don't take reservations. Once we were seated we were treated to 3 rounds of food for 30 dollars per person. The food came pretty quickly each time despite the restaurant being packed the whole time we were there. They have a little robot which helps out by delivering the food. Everything was fresh and delicious!
Ate here during dinner on Monday April 11. Service was okay, food was good!Everything was going good until it came time to pay, the lady working the cash in the front made us feel very uncomfortable and was very rude.She was looking over at us when we were entering information on the credit/debit machine and immediately corrected me when I put in 0 for tip (I was under the assumption that tip was already included). Lady saw this and said "NO TIP?? TIP NOT INCLUDED" and my immediate response was to say "my mistake I thought it was already included, please cancel the transaction so we can enter it again with a tip" and we tipped accordingly.I believe harassment from her is included for anyone who didn't have a good experience and does not want to tip, please let her understand that tips should be left to the discretion of the customer, not something to negotiate or bargain.
Minus stars for service. First time back since the name change and, well decent service would definitely not be the reason to visit. Food quality is decent, the server bot is cool. The atmosphere killer is the cashier. Near the end of the evening she came out to do rounds at the tables for last call. Terrible attitude, short tempered and rude. She told us it was last call so we wanted to order a few more items. Her mannerisms and tone was so rude and told us "make sure you can finish the food." We had 4 near empty plates on the table, clearly we are not done eating yet and would like to order if its last call. Regardless, the attitude is was uncalled for and out of place. We finished all the food and even had a round of dessert. Advice to the owner, keep her in the back away from customer interaction. If you are going to be so short sighted on how much customers order get out of the all you can eat business.
My first hot pot experience was great thanks to Happy Lamb! The service was exceptional, especially on a weekend when they seemed to be busy. They had a great selection of meat and sides. The robot serving food was a big hit with my nephews. We didn't notice the time passing by and ended up eating for over 2 hours. The staff was very attentive and friendly until we left. I would definitely recommend this location!
This was a decent spot for hot pot. Food came quick, seemed fresh, and friendly service. Broths were also flavourful and not watered down. Would come back again!
This place has very attentive staff and a great overall atmosphere. They also have a large selection of vegetables and meat on their menu, so you have a lot of options to choose from. The robot serving food was pretty cool as well, this is a great place to eat!
Ohhhh, soo much better than Morals Village Hot Pot (Nearby).A wonderful selection of tasty meats, veggies handmade noodles and seafood. My family enjoyed every bite. Although, our stove took a long time to heat up (Table 51 in the corner)The star of the evening, was the Cute Robot Cat that delivered your order, definitely check it out!The staff was professional, and friendly, they explained how the menu worked since we were new.They have a nice variety of soup bases, drinks and desserts. Definitely the right way to do a Hotpot Restaurant.
