Me and my friend was craving for some good Hakka Chinese food. We came across this place in the neighbourhood and thought to give it a try. Ordered via uber eats as it was the most convenient way to get it delivered. Food came piping hot. Ordered chicken in hot garlic sauce and chilli beef. It was delivered with a small serving of steamed rice. The spice level was good yet the food was toooo salty. We were so hungry that we had food and water alternatively to lower the salt down. Specially the chicken was over powdered with salt. Didn’t had a good first experience. #halal

We went to Hakka ren for dinner recently. I would have given 4 or 5 if only our instructions asking for spicy food was followed. We have ordered plant based tandoori drumsticks, house special veg fried rice, singapore curry chow mein, hot and pepper soup.Hot and pepper soup was good and plant based drumsticks were good. But both noodle and fried rice were pretty bland. Leave about very spicy, it wasn’t even normal spicy.
I ordered two shrimp pakoras for approximately 16 dollars each. Should contain 10 shrimp pakoras each. In one portion, they deliberately sent EMPTY pokora shells without the shrimp. Highly deplorable and low standard act. I have been ordering from here regularly but won't be anymore. Be vigilant
We were quite a fan of this place for indo-Chinese food but lately the quality had been degraded. Some dished might come out good, but some are below average.We ordered Singapore fried rice and it looks like some average pulav rice and I had to fry the rice at home to make it taste better. Also, the hakka noodles were also average.They should work on the quality and taste of food. I am highly disappointed because I will never be able to order again and I had only few good places to order indo-Chinese food.
I took my work team out for dinner here and all of us enjoyed ourselves. Most of the reviews on Trip Advisor were very good, but there were some really bad ones as well. I took a chance and was very happy with the experience. The whole group I was with really enjoyed the food. I thought it was great. The servers were very friendly, patient and accomodating. One reason I picked this place was a halal requirement and it satisfied that requirement. Ignore the bad reviews. Our team tries to keep a list of 3-5 restaurants we cycle through for our team meetings and this one is definitely being added to that list. We'll be going back sometime in the future.
Lovely place, amazing food, great service, value for money. Tried their deluxe hot garlic chicken poutine, steamed chicken dumplings and shrimp hakka noodles. Every single dish was so delicious. The server was very courteous and polite. Definitely going back for more <3
I always from then through Uber, however, I was little disappointed today, I always order for dry chilli beef. I guess they did not read my special instructions, they charged me extra for dry chilli beef but, they sent me me with gravy. I hope when next I order they read my special instructions. I love their dry chilli beef.
Very Good Halal Hakka Chinese option in the centre of Mississauga. Service is fast, it is a small sitting area which sometimes gets quite packed so good to call in.We tried 11 menu items & enjoyed everything.Starting with the appetizers, Popcorn Chicken was hot, crispy & delicious. Chicken Corn Soup was good though some of us found it too salty.The Chilli Chicken, Garlic Chicken & Egg Fried Rice combination tastes as traditional as it gets. Beef Chilli Dry was good as well.Chowmein was great. Kids Loved it. And American Chopsuey is a good option for people who like a bit of sweet taste.Shrimp Fried Rice & Kang Pao Shrimp were a nice surprise for us.Overall, great food. We are going to return whenever its time to satisfy Chinese food cravings.
The best indo-Chinese experience I’ve had in Canada so far! The flavours and the taste were truly delightful to say the least.Their chilly chicken dry is a must have!The servers are very sweet and really helpful with their suggestions.
