Have gone to this location a few times with small groups of friends or family. Parking may appear to be convaluted and confusing at first but there is two hour free parking underground for Goodfellas customers however you need to get this validated by a staff member. This location gets busy after 6pm on weekends. Our most recent visit was not bad. I still enjoy the overall ambience and dining experience but the food was just okay. The paradelle had no taste and as if it was sitting in a pool of water. The polenta fries were very over cooked and the bruschetta soggy. Calamari and arancini had a very nice taste but the speduci felt like it was missing something. We opted to order any drinks this time around. Wished there were more dessert options.Service was quick but maybe too quick. We were the only ones at that moment so I understand the quick turn around. But there were times we were still eating and felt like we had to quickly give our dish away (server standing next to us asking if it can be taken away). Bathroom was missing supplies.Overall would come again and try out new dishes.
The quality of our service was great! Our server, Garry, was very attentive and helpful during our first visit. We all ordered a Napoletana-style pizza, which is 1-serving/4 sliced pizza, and quite big. The pizzas were all really good, our favourite was the Bosco due to the delicious white sauce! The room we were sat in was gorgeous, it was mostly windows and had a nice view of the Marilyn towers. I will definitely be returning again with a larger appetite.
The great reviews you see here are not an exaggeration. It was our first time here and the food and service was fantastic!April 17. I'm afraid I need to change my review. Pictures attached are from this evening order. Where is the cream sauce and where is the cheese? The first time I ate here the food was amazing so I wrote a review saying the food was fantastic and give it 5 stars.. The problem is, they aren’t consistent. The second time I got delivery. They forgot to put the balsamic drizzle on the burrata and tomato salad. Without the dressing it, it’s just burrata and tomato and certainly not worth $22.They made up for it by giving me a bottle of balsamic dressing the 3rd time I ate from this location along with giving dessert on the house. However the pizza was burned (black) and my burrata and cheese salad was nothing like the first 2 times. The cheese portion was very small and the entire plate had been taken from the fridge (not freshly made), the cheese and tomatoes very cold and the tomatoes were not fresh. It tasted like it had been in the fridge for a few days. We weren’t impressed but since dessert was on the house and the chicken parmasean was quite good, we didn’t complain. The 4th time I got delivery again. The pizza was delicious and the gnocchi amazing! The portion was generous and it was swimming in this amazing gorgonzola cream sauce. It was so good that we went back to eat there a 5th time. Unfortunately, the gnocchi portion was very small and ate dry. I asked for extra sauce on the side and they gave me warmed up cream but at least it wasn’t dry. The pizza and desert was very good that evening. We ordered food again this evening. I thought that if I asked for the pizza to not be burned and for the gnocchi to have enough sauce on it, everything would be fine. What I got was a good gnocchi portion but very dry. You couldn’t see the cream sauce at all nor could you taste any gorgonzola cheese. My sister’s balsamic dressing for her Mista salad smelled like nail polish remover (and this is no exaggeration). The pizza wasn't great because half of my pizza hardly had anything on it. It was like eating just crust.I called the restaurant to let them know about the issues. I’m supposed to hear back from the manager who will attempt to make it up to us. If they do, I will give this place one last chance. They have some serious consistency and quality issues. The service/customer service however continues to be exemplary. I just wish their food could be as good as the first time we ate there because it was fantastic.April 22: They did make it up to us. The food this evening was once again fantastic. The pandemic is the cause for the inconsistency we had been experiencing but the team is back and the food last night was great. I'll certainly go back. Thank you to the management, cooks and staff at this location!
Glad to have visited this superb place for having yummy pizzas so close to our home? They have lot of options for vegetarians unlike other pizza places. Also they have unique options in appetizer like focaccia bread and bruschettas? Tried the canneloni here for the first time ever and were not at all disappointed. Great place to have authentic Italian food at reasonable prices.
the largest pizza size was good for 3 people and delicious - we got the cinghale pizza and it was fresh and delicious; solid spot for date night though a bit pricey for large family dining! would come again on an occasion :)
When we arrived instead of sitting us at a table for two they gave us a table for four which is always more comfortable of course. Without hesitation, Ryan, our waiter came to us and we ordered their Cabernet house wine which is very easy drinking and waited for our calamari to arrive. It is the best calamari in Mississauga. Always tender and fresh and a proper portion with an incredible garlic sauce. We also ordered their margarita pizza. A simple pizza as we all know but not easily made. It took them about five minutes after clearing our calamari to bring it out. Perfect timing no rush. In the meanwhile instead of waiting for special toppings like chili peppers and hot oil and extra Parmesan, Ryan brought them out ahead of time out. No asking required. They know what you want. The Margarita is a ten. We went overboard and decided to order the capricciosa pizza. Delicious but too much, so we doggy bagged. Overall a very good evening. Can’t wait to come back, especially as the weather is getting better to sit on their beautiful patio overlooking the vibrant City of Mississauga.
Came here for the first time. Saw it was recommended online and decided to come as a family. Not familiar with the area but nice neighbourhood, inside is cozy and food is delicious. Had calamari as a starter, margherita, piccante and capricciosa pizza ?. Sangria to wash it all down. Place was busy but the server Matty was amazing handling the madness. 10/10
First time trying and I’m blown away by their food and the service. If you’re looking for good Italian pizza, this is it. Would 100 per cent come back!
THE PIZZA WAS SO GOOD!!! AND THE PASTA Too!! My kids devoured it! Also my kid broke a glass and they cleaned it up so fast and with a smile it was like if never happened! Recommend the food and service! Two thumbs up!! ? ?
This place was amazing!!! Starting off with the service. Our server, Wendy, was very nice and helpful explaining the items in the menu. The Spettacolare pizza was great. The dough was cooked perfectly and had a great taste.
