Numerous negative experiences here over the years...forgetting items, cold order, multiple times my mobile order was never even received by the restaurant, despite the app saying my order was "in progress." Most recently my order was delivered and was left downstairs in my lobby for 30 mins. I finally called down and found it there, even though I provided my phone number for then to call me - there was no section I could see to input my unit number. I was charged a delivery fee AND service fee and would like to be refunded. Called the store three times and left my phone number, assured that Nadia the Manager (the store workers refered to her as Manager), will call me back. Not sure why a Manager is never at the store physically? The third time I called, the staff ADMITTED to losing my number and asked me to provide it again. I did, Nadia called me back and apparently is the "owner, not manager." She was extremely rude and blamed the third party delivery service. Said she would have to talk to her business partner because she didn't know how to process the refund....lol. She didn't call me Monday or Tuesday. I called her Tuesday and guess what, she did have an answer but chose not to call me. Essentially she said there was nothing she could do and only give me refund if I did not receive the order ..does that make any sense? First of all, I ordered directly from Freshiis website, NOT Doordash. So you as the OWNER should take accountability and accomodate your paying customer for a measily 7 or 8 dollars. Could have offered me a gift voucher, gift card..nope, just "it's Door Dash's" fault. I don't care who's fault it is, you're the owner, show some pride in your business. Unfortunately this was the last straw and I will no longer be giving them anymore of my business. After years of messing up my order literally everytime. I only ordered here out of convenience. Any other business would have done all they could to fix the situation instead of being rude and fighting with the customer. No one forced you to use a third party delivery service!
Very impressed with the service and quality of the food. Manager was very helpful and supportive in helping me decide between the menu items and also generously threw in a sample item for me to try. The service was above and beyond Definitely recommend this freshii and will surely be going back again.
Freshii is one of my favourite healthy fast food spots. I go all there time and I get the best service from Aman and the rest of the team. My favourite is the Cobb Salad with Chicken and their smoothies are amazing!
The customer service is horrible. All these girls do is stand there and talk while people are waiting for the served. I ordered 2 smoothies and it was so watery. Ordered a burrito and a bowl and they both had undercooked rice in it. I love freshii but this location is disgusting.

They went above and beyond my expectations :) We ordered 2 bowls and some drinks thru Skip the Dishes and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary energy bites in the bag too! It was a thoughtful touch as we have been going through a stressful situation at home, this brightened our day a little bit. The food itself was great, excellent portion sizes, very tasty, and perfect amount of dressing. Happy customer here!
Caught a really bad allergic reaction here. Did not state if there was coconut on the drink. Pretty sure I asked too they said no. I literally caught a allergic reaction. I felt like they didn't clean their products properly. Disgusting felt like they lied to my face saying they always cleaning their blenders. Full of krap honestly.
I asked for extra sauce on the side and was ready to pay for it. Anmol simply refused and started to fight us over it. Who fights over few pennies of sauce? I've come and ordered many times and nobody else has given this problem. Workers on Sunday Jan 9 at 12.45pm

I usually order the Oaxaca bowl from Freshii, and the blend of fresh ingredients plus the addition of chicken makes a great, healthy meal. For those who think it needs a touch of flavour, try adding an extra bit of sauce. Highly recommend it!
