One of my go to places for a quick lunch on the go, but they always mess up my order. Yesterday they forgot my won ton crisps and today they gave me spring mix instead of kale. Which costs extra. A lot of times they give me the wrong salad dressing as well.
Got Oaxaca Bowl with Quinoa base . And Buddha Satay Bowl for a friend . Healthy choice and tasted decent but Buddha one was better.Super busy and line ups , had to wait for long to get it but guess its lunch rush hour.Asked for extra topping and was extra and for Quinoa also.
ordered delivery for a large group of 20 people. didnt catch the names of the staff but from the initial phone call to the delivery of the food, they were courteous, respectful, and took their efforts to ensure physical distancing and other preventative covid-19 measures.
Very poorI ordered a chicken kale ceaser salad.And it was so horrible. Nothing else than flowered kale and 3-4 pieces of chicken. Literally no salad items found.And it was worth $15.00 which is a big waste of money.Will never recommend anyone
No complaints from me on everything from portion size to flavour. Very tasty (I had the Texmex bowl). It was very filling for a lunch meal.Definitely on my return visit list.
I ordered Pangoa bowl Quinoa based, the sauce was not enough and the avocado was rotten. I'm surprised that they serving is getting small day by day.
I come here 5 days a week at lunch . I live in keswick Ontario but work right around the corner .The staff here is incredible. Food is always on point.Been to other Freshi restaurants and this one is by far my favourite!I lost 40 lbs changing my diet and coming here .Every one needs alittle freshi in there life I’m glad I found the location that fits my life style with amazing staff members. I’m surprised it’s only a 3.9 out of 5 -makes me question the people that enter into its establishment. Because I’ve never had an issue with the food and staff and I come here almost every day for the last 3 years . I’d say it’s a five star worst case 4.9
The service was good but my broccoli is looking a little expired ? Also the smoothie is very bland.
Good portion size and well made bowls. Wish they had better hours.
