They gave me a salad with no dressing on it. When I called to tell them that I didn’t have any dressing on it they told me that they put it underneath the vegetables. I have had the same Oaxaca bowl for the last three years and it has never tasted like that. Not only did I have a dry salad, the tofu was also not marinated. When I asked about the tofu they said that it was in marinated water. They said that it was marinated the same way across all branches of Freshii. This is not true however because I have tasted much better to have tofu from different locations. Very unimpressed with the service.
Don’t order the burrito here, it’s just all rice! If you’re charging almost $15 bucks for a TexMex with chicken burrito maybe a good idea to actually add some chicken and avocado to it? Person behind the counter looked so sad too, won’t be going back to this location.
Raj helped make sure an order for 40 people was on time, and still made with quality ingredients. My colleagues specifically commented on the high quality of the fruit platters. I liked he neat flavour addition of strawberries in the market wraps. I’ll order from there again.
I ordered a Buddha Satay Bowl, and while I enjoyed the meal initially, I deeply regretted my decision later. My coworkers and I agreed this was the worst Freshii food we've had, and I was left with several hours of indigestion and discomfort following. Unsure of where the problem lies, but the food quality could use serious revision. Management was unreachable, so I'm left to ventilate my frustrations publicly. Will not be dining at this location again.
Came here a few times and not consistent.. rice was undercooked and hard. I’m pretty sure they missed the beets in my Oaxaca bowl.
Unfortunately this was one dry bowl. Said they added the sauce but the bowl was incredibly dry and flavourless.This particular location kinda sucks… you’re better off getting chipotle next door
Love Freshii in general, this location was great. Went on a Saturday at around 5 and it was empty. Service was quick and my date and I had the place to ourselves.The food was great, as always. Tex Mex bowl is top tier.
I ordered a custom bowl from DoorDash today for lunch and I can't believed I paid $27 for this! My bowl had quinoa, marinated tofu, beet slaw, crunchy chicken peas, mango, boiled egg.. The marinated tofu was straight out of the packet, it WASNT marinated...and I got maybe 1 spoon. It was crumbled in tiny pieces and spread all over the bowl making it look like feta cheese pieces but I paid $3+ for this?Mango I got literally 4 tiny chunks, chickpeas I got 1 tiny spoon of it too. Beet slaw I could barely even see, if it wasn't for the red stains on the quinoa, I wouldn't know there were beets.This is unacceptable and disappointing for Freshi. You guys have a standard and if you're a niche chain, you need to serve your food better. This was my 2nd time getting the exact same dish and I am very disappointed. Previously when I ordered this, it wasn't this bad. Today was a rip off. I work 5mins from you guys and you guys have been my go-to spot for lunch. Not Anymore. I showed my colleagues the bowl and everyone is shocked at your service.
We used to come to this Freshii location all the time and didn't have any complaints other than sometimes the consistency of the taste/quality varied from time to time but this last visit was just unacceptable. My wife ordered a Spicy Lemongrass soup and received a small cup of lukewarm broth (which was gross) with some noodles in a tiny cup which they charged the regular price minus one dollar. This is just plain wrong.
Just tried their tropical mango smoothie for the first time and this is the most tasteless thing I’ve tried. Absolutely no flavour and not worth the $9 you pay for it.
