Great food. 40 bucks for 3 burgers and 1 order of fries, so it's a bit pricey.Wish they add gravy to the menu one day.
DisappointingThe meat was dry (not fresh) and the toppings didn't compliment the burger. It's pricey and not worth it at all. The cajun fries were way too salty. Harvey's is better.
Burgers are fresh and juicy! You can add any condiment on their list for no additional charge. Overfilling and overflowing fries in the bag is their 'thing' which we love. We have also eaten at the Heartland location and that one is also good. ?

We only went to this location twice .. and both the times they messed up our orders.Last time was the worst! They messed up, the burgers were cold the cheese was not melted at all!! and made us wait for 20 minutes to get it fixed because they told us they have to serve the others first and they’ll fix our when they are done .. we even called and ordered before going.. we had to be somewhere so we told them to refund us for those sandwiches, and they argued , telling us it was warm and they served us right away, why would we lie.. we also got shake and a grill cheese which was perfect.. and which we paid for .. if we were there causing a problem we would have asked for full refund… anyway, never going there again that’s for sure ..
I visited the store on Feb. 20, 2022 at 3:50 pm and ordered 5 meals to go; one of them (mine) is the only one which is dairy-free. The cashier (who told me he was the general manager) gave me a hard time when trying to explain to him my dairy allergy, as he said there is only one grill and he cannot confirm there would be no contact with dairy. I then explained that I am a regular customer and whenever I come to this location they take adequate measures without complaint and that I just want him to take whatever measure possible. The cook then began making our food and more customers came in after me. I realized they had made it to order 103, while me (order 98) was still waiting on my food. When I asked them what was taking so long they explained that they wanted to finish all the cheese orders before mine, but they had already made my burger and put it in the bag and were waiting to work on the other four sandwiches which had cheese (so there was no issue with it being dairy free). I then asked them to explain what precautions they were taking, which caused them to become defensive and told me to leave the store. I then asked for their names which the two people who yelled at me to leave answered by saying they are the general manager and their assistant and they will not be giving me their names. I proceeded to take the food and left. I was unsatisfied and disappointed with the service provided, and due to the delays with the order, the food we got was cold and tasteless. As usual the burger was hot, fresh and tasty. HOWEVER, the fries were not up to their usual standards. I think they may have been sitting a little longer than usual. Still tasted good but not fresh. It was quite busy so will chalk it up to that.
Not the 5 guys I remember / look forward to.Burger was extremely greasy, to the point where half the bun was just mush. Toppings were ice cold along with the bun (no way it was toasted). Essentially this messy concoction slid into pieces.. I was left with a mushy bun and toppings in my hand, while crumbling patties and unmelted cheese fell from between. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and will not be coming back to this location. Overall a very disappointing experience.
The ppl are nice but bro. I ordered a cheeseburger which was pretty expensive but whatever. Then I also got a veggie burger but it literally had only condiments and sauce. No veggie patty or anything. So you're literally paying $6 for the bread as the condiments are free. Never again lol
Nothing is more delicious that a 5 guys burger. Everything is fresh, toppings are on point and the juices are magnificent. Milkshake is a good option as well and the vinegar on the fries is key. Again can only go once in a while due to the price but its a good treat when possible.
