The place was good, just like other locations I've been to. My other review I had up wasn't the greatest, that review wasn't meant for them it was a different review that I had and for some reason got crossed. I apologize. The food was yummy and the service was good.
Used to be great, bit with covid. Prices are way too much. They went from a $5 burger to $13
Burgers are good but $19 after tax for a hamburger with nothing on it + their smallest fries and smallest drink is out of touch. Prices are terrible. This chain will not survive the long term with prices like this.
Ok so I have a change my review, this place has gone rock bottom. What the hell happened to this place. Today 22April 7pm order number 00. The fries were limp and soggy, the drinks were flat and had not flavoring at all, the buns in the burgers were soggy and damp. I am so mad at them for ruining my Friday evening. We called the manager and she asked us to send pictures. PICTURES!!! of a flat drink, soggy fried and a soggy bun. Are you alright!!! You have one job and you cant do it right. I am not coming back here again and I reccomend you do the same. Dont waste you money and ruin an outing.
Excellent example of a Five Guys establishment that is run well. The fries are the BEST and you get a lot of them, even with the smallest size. Always get great service here and the food is always prepared well. Clean and efficient.
Fresh and juicy burgers. We've eaten at the Burnhamthorpe location and that one is also good. They overfill the fries which is great.

One of my favorite burger spots without a doubt!! So lucky to have a FiveGuys down the street from my place. You can always expect a quality burger made to perfection when you come here. My usual order is a bacon double cheese burger with a Cajun fry. If your ever craving a good burger and your close by I highly recommend stopping in.
The food is tasty, but there is far too little of it! I ordered 3 burgers and a cheese dog for $38, and we were all still hungry after eating out food. The patties are too flat, and small.
