That's how I would describe our stay so far. We're here for the long haul until our new home is ready (June 2021 to present). I can tell you that everyone I've met has been fantastic. They're all friendly, kind and very accommodating. I love the location and the highway access makes getting to and from work extremely quick and easy. Diego and his team ensures that our room is cleaned and well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. I love how spacious and comfortable the suite is as is the king size bed. Having a kitchenette has made our stay that much better as we're able to cook our own meals. But on those nights when you just want to go out, there are plenty of restaurants close by. Although it's not advertised as a pet-friendly hotel, we were able to bring our 10lb dog with us. We're planning on a trip soon and taking the shuttle to the airport will be very convenient. On-site laundry is also available for a small fee per load. If you like to swim & workout a pool and gym are located on the main level but will require a reservation due to Covid. Being a quarantine hotel, I have definitely seen how well the guests have been taken care of so if you're planning on traveling and need to quarantine I would recommend this place. Thank you to all the great staff at the front desk, maintenance staff and managers! We’re very appreciative of your hard work!

Stayed here for 1 night in between flights. The Shuttle picked me up at YYZ, took me to the hotel to check in and dump my luggage, shuttle took me back to the airport, grabbed the UP Express, and was downtown in 25 minutes to go to the game. I originally had reservations to stay at another hotel, their shuttle would only take you and from the airport for flights only. This will now be my go-to hotel in the area! The rooms were super comfortable, and very affordable (pretty much the same price as the budget hotels that were no where as nice as this). Thank you!!

Seeing the reviews for quarantine hotels in general, and even this one in particular, I had my apprehensions. Esp since I have vegan dietary restrictions, I expected the worst of food and late deliveries. But this hotel surprised me positively on every front. I was welcome warmly on arrival. I requested for a meal to be ready for me on arrival since I was coming late at night and they had a hot meal ready. The room was big, clean, and spacious, with a fully functional jacuzzi which I didn't even have to pay for or request seeprately. The food was decent, delivered on time. They sent me non vegan food twice in a row, which was the only hiccup, but the person in charge (Juanita) promptly sent up a replacement and refunded both meals back to my account. Now that's what I cann service. Overall, excellent stay, couldn't have asked for a more comfortable experience for the insanely cheap quarantine price of 800CAD. Ruby, Juanita, Parveen, and Alan - thank you all for ensuring a smooth and blissful quarantine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for their 3 day quarantine, without question.

I read a lot of negative reviews about this, but honestly, my experience was not too bad at all. I had a king sized suite, and everything was working as expected. Internet is good, shower is good, plenty of space and a small kitchen and dining area as well. Food was delivered thrice a day, sometimes a little later than expected, though the food was good enough for me. The only issue is room service. I tried calling multiple times but no one would ever pick up. Its very annoying, but thankfully, it wasn't a big deal, I managed. Overall, a pleasant stay.

While I know that quarantine is a necessity now with travel a little care goes a very very long way. When I arrived there was no internet for the days I had to quarantine and I had to use my own data plan. On top of that the food that was given was horrendous. They are not sensitive to the needs of others. I had clearly stated that I am vegetarian (not vegan) and also celiac. If I did not check my food I would have eaten some kind of spam sandwich with regular bread. After I had complained, Ir received 3 slices of bread with lettuce, tomatoes and onions!!! Honestly for the price I had to pay this is what I got. They are better off telling people to just pay for the accommodations and we can just do takeouts. With so many different services s available nowadays this would have made all our lives easier during the quarantine. Whilst I do understand they are creating jobs for

Like many people, I made my mandatory hotel quarantine at this hotel. I just booked this hotel because they gave me a competitive rate on a king bed, whirlpool room, which s the biggest one they have. When I checked in, they told me there was no availability to that room, not even if I waited for it. So I got stuck with a smaller two-beds room the whole quarantine. Even worse, they told me I had to pay the full rate of the whirlpool room, even when I was staying in a smaller room. Of course, with no choice or alternative, I had to agree to that. The stay was ok. The room was clean, and everything worked fine. Just consider that you don't get to choose your food, they send you whatever they like. Even so, the food was ok and tasty, but very high-calorie so you'll have to throw away your healthy diet during your stay. Overall, my stay was fine, but not respecting my booking and charging me the same amount for a smaller room was a rip-off. For that reason, I would never stay again at this hotel.

Stayed here to quarantine. The fake sponge-chicken they served us is not available in grocery stores because it is prison grade along with all the other food. The shower was hot and cold, off and on. The room was freezing and I was refused a blanket. We mentioned they needed to be diabetic and low carbohydrates. They served cake and cookies the first night. The did not serve lunch until 3:30 the next day and it was pure carbohydrates popcorn, potato salad and bread, as if it was a joke. They said your blood sugar should be low by that time. At one point, I asked for fresh fruit or veg. They said sure, no problem and sent a tray of fake-sponge chicken. The air was dry with no ventilation. It was definitely not Covid safe. We were like sitting ducks. I am appalled at what happened. $1426.87 for 3 days of hell.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights with a final cost of $652.86 taxes in from the Mariott website. When we arrived after 9pm they bumped the price $1379.00! There is NO benefit to staying here, as they do NOT honour their online pricing! We had no where else to go, they refused the refund, and just took DOUBLE the amount of money for no reason at all! We still got the exact same room we booked and pre-paid for!

I had a wonderful experience at the (Fairfield INN & Suites Toronto airport ). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Diego the executive housekeeper is super friendly and helpful for everything.

we are here since the 26th Feb as part of the mandatory 3 days stays stated by Canada government and the experience is just horrible. the first day, we arrived with 8 languages and no one offered to help to transfer them to our room. Once in the room no water ( need to call and justify the number of guests). At the reception, we clearly specified that we are vegetarian and the surprise we receive chicken with rice as a meal. We called and asked for just pasta with tomato sauce for the kids and after 2 hours and several calls we received spicy rice with Tofu ( the kids slept without dinner). In summary, bad food, no care for the kids and very arrogant customer service. avoid this place
