Normally, I wouldn’t write a bad review about this location since the service is always great here.However, we went on the weekend and noticed that we were overcharged for some items on the menu. Before that, one of the waitresses was talking about how a customer cheated her of $4 on his bill, by confusing her and asking for a change back. Later she noticed that he short changed her.Taking it out on loyal customers like us is not the answer though.We were very taken back when we noticed that she snuck extra dollar charges on our bill.
My brother in law and I came in to have breakfast. We were greeted poorly and asked to "just sit somewhere" , while others who happened to be elderly , lighter skinned clients, were greeted with how are you and escorted to a seat. Then, the person serving us (happened to be the owner as I found out after), was acting as if she owed us child support, in the sense of treatment and not providing refills of tea/coffee, or asking if we wanted any, nor even bringing us napkins. Other patrons were being treated with warm conversations and attended to more frequently. At the end , I asked to speak to the owner , who came along with whom I believe was the store manager. The store manager seemed to be taking a defensive stance from the start , and after expressing my concerns in a proper manner , I was informed "I am sorry BUT your concerns are bogus, we never had this complaint before" and was walking away. The owner then said " I am Muslim, and I believe you are too" but I said that religious believes shouldn't be a measurement or indication dirently/indirectly of treatment. I am not sure if I want to visit this establishment again. Being treated based on race in unacceptable to me , and no one should have to worry about their color or believe before frequenting an establishment.
it was a mistake coming here on Mother's Day. Too many things to mention that were lacking. On a day such as this prepare your staff better next time and advise them to NOT show their annoyance & frustration. And always give the revised/correct bill.
Great service and great food. Had the steak and eggs with home style fries. The server was also very friendly.
Good breakfast. Reasonable price. Easy access. Best of all freshly squeezed orange juice.
I highly recommend the Brunch Burger! The fries are great too! Went back and had the keno dish. Excellent! And the server was very friendly and did a great job!
The staff was very nice. Although we did have a glass with lipstick still on it, they were quick to get us a new one and apologized profusely over it. Food was good and coffee was delicious. The only other con I’d have is the parking. The designated spots for Eggsmart are usually being taken by those going through the car wash station near by, so some stricter regulations would help to ensure that people going to eggsmart have parking right away instead of waiting.
Excellent service, delicious breakfast.. nothing can go wrong with Egg-smart.
This is my absolute favourite eggsmart location. The staff here are all so sweet and attentive. Location is always clean and the food tastes great. My family and I have been coming here for years.
