Came here first time to get bubble tea to try it out and it's by far the WORST bubble tea I've ever had. The tapioca was so tiny and hard. So stale i had to spit it all out. DISGUSTING! I literally had to throw it away. Waste of money!!Do NOT come here for bubble tea!
Lacks customer service and manager is not professional. First off waiting for my food is like waiting for the eclipse to come. It takes forever just to get your order. You got a bunch of lazy employees that don't do their job properly I guess the managers don't manage properly then. Second I'm paying 10+ for a damn meal and the portion is literally what a handful. You kidding me? People pay for this and you provide just straight garbage portions. You're better off going anywhere else but here. Lastly staff is rude and so is the manager I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. They don't know how to talk or be friendly with customers. Just a terrible place. I'd shut it down cause its that bad...
Do not order their ramen, the taste is terrible and strange, it feels like very cheap instant noodles cooked, this is the first time I have eaten such difficult to swallow ramen, I would give zero if I could
This fast food restaurant is one of those well kept secrets in the area, good healthy food, great service that aims to please, and yes I am very pleased. Really tasty food from the many menu items I tried, it didn't go wrong. One great surprise was the cauliflower rice instead of plain rice with my meal was really good! Burrito was on the Spivey side, Sushi was a hit with the kids, so much so that they are two meals each. Now they always want to come back here whenever we're in the area which is frequent, it's a hit!
Sushi is, in my opinion, not suitable for a fast-food business model. Portions are small and not plentiful. I have since compared what we purchased from Edo Japan with what is available from local higher end grocery stores (Highland Farms, Loblaws), and what is available there appears more appetizing, is certainly larger quantity-wise, and is also presented more professionally. AND is actually less expensive. Lesson learned. Just not worth it for flavor or price. Also, can only order on line - no phone orders which was a pain in the ()*() .
Nice take out place, they have a handy app to pre order and you can pick up within 15min. After 10+ orders never had an issue. Every 5 food orders you get one free meal if using the app. You can also eat in, there is enough room for it and it looks well maintained and cleaned. I recommend this place :)
I used to come here at least 3-4 times a week. The place was good value and good quality. They have since increased their prices (which is fine considering inflation), but they have also decreased their quantity of food that they give you, especially the meat they give. Very stingy now it's actually absurd. I laughed the last time I saw how little meat they gave me on the rice meal. I have to find a new go to place now.
I placed an order at this location and they did not give me teriyaki sauce on my beef teriyaki… the beef was dry and just inedible without any sauce at all. I called in and management apologized and credited me a free meal. I came in to claim it and they were rude and also stated that management changed so my credit no longer applied. Lost a customer over one meal, unfortunate. Bad management and service.
First time unfortunately my experience wasn’t bad but not great either! I ordered bento box with salmon sushi and beef rolls. The salmon sushi roll which was the main dish was not good due to the rice being too wet and they refrigerated it and cause of that the rice was to dry and sticky!! The side dish the beef roll was good and the rice on that was perfect which confuses me even more! I understand if refrigerate the the salmon but not the rice it’s gonna get dry!! Sides were good as stated earlier, customer service was good! The place is clean just the food was just meh!
Used to be good but not anymore. Sushi wasn't fresh and tasted dry . No chicken in the noodles was half of what I used to get before. Service sucks no greeting nothing . No timeline to when your order is ready . U just wait . Ambiance is good but vibe is not great.
