We went to this amazing restaurant this weekend. The ambience, food, crowd, taste was all desi. I am happy with the price point too. It’s reasonable. Although the portion size could have been better.ABHINAV was taking of us yesterday and did a superb job! He was super knowledgeable, mindful and very attentive person. He paid detailed attention to our needs and helped us in deciding over the dishes as per our taste. I highly recommended this restaurant!
Very tasty food and fantastic Service. Manav attended our table and his suggestions were very honest. His service is excellent. Service is fast and very well maintained. Good ambience. Tandoori chicken , curries, Naans were very tasty. I would say best so far in Mississauga. Felt like typical restaurant in India. Even though price is little higher side it's worth it.
The taste is very good but not excellent. There is room for improvement.The dishes are slightly overpriced.The service is pretty good.Heads up: the establishment charges a gratuity (almost 20%) for groups of 5 and over. The same is printed on the menu but the font is too small. The severs should advise the customers of this levy before hand.Must try: their BP chicken and honey chilli potatoes.All in all, a pretty decent experience.
Awesome and awesome!! Haven’t tasted food so delicious like at Desi bar and grill. We were hosted by Meet, very nice person. Took god care of us! If you are goat meat lover must try Kadhai ghost. Photos are included :) and their sodas are the bomb! ?
Good vibe and food … feels like high end modern Dhaba food.The server Meet helped us with the food recommendations, each and every recommendation deserves 5 star ? !! The food was delicious and quantity of curries were sufficient for 2 to 3 people. The chicken jhol curry is must try ... The staff is polite, attentive and the service is pretty fast.Minus 1 point for the music which was kinda loud and the wait time for table allocation .. we had to follow up multiple times to get the table.. I see the people registered after us got the table before. Also we got the phone call “your table is ready“ after the table was allocated and we were having appetizers ?.. but I would say “Some things are worth the wait” ?
Terrible customer service, we came in a group of six, our bills were split incorrctly thrice and when asked to correct it, they just wanted us to adjust. After a lot of explanation finally the bill was corrected and the chicken tikka masala we ordered only had 2 pieces of chicken and the rest was big chunks of raw onion. And apparently they automatically calculate gratuity for your each split bill if you are a group of six. They did not inform us about this before dinning and just thew that on our face with the bill.
Chicken Tikka masala was charged for 20 dollars. And we got only 2 chicken pieces in the whole dish, I did inform the same to the waiter but it was brushed off with no response. No refund and terrible customer service.
Food was good! The kababs were amazing and the Paneer could be better. Everything else was good.The vibe was nice too. A little loud with the talking and music together.Menu items names are clever so that was fun to go through!We were served by Parush and he was great! Attentive and helpful ☺️
