The service was slow even though the cashier person said it would take ten minutes, but in reality it took 20 minutes. However, they gave a complimentary soda as condolences because my wait time was unbearably long. The food itself was mediocre, my cooking skills can make the chicken alfredo better ong, and it was $15 after tax for a small cup of pasta with chicken. They could've filled the box with more pasta, but the picture included was me opening the box without consuming anything. Their whole menu sounds good on paper, but what's the point of eating out if the person can make the food better at home? They also use too much plastic everywhere and that's not environmentally friendly of them. Understandably, it's a to-go business but they should not wrap their plastic in more plastic.
I had the AMATRICIANA with chicken. I found they overcooked the pasta it was way too chewy and the sauce taste exactly like spaghetti-o.... Some may not mind but for something that cost close to $20 to taste like it came from a can that's wrong
The only good thing is the freshness of pasta which you can taste and feel. Other than that, this place is so mundane and not worth the price. Their chicken alfredo reminds me of store bought one, meaning it's average and below. There are many better options at square one and I should have read the reviews beforehand to at least try another dish (sauce). The store is nice tho.
The pasta was amazing and perfectly cooked. The tomato sauce with ground beef was delicious. They have two halal options on the menu.
Got the pomodoro with nothing else. Pretty good, fresh pasta. Only thing was the count was small for the price. They fill about 3/4 of the container.
Nice place for quick and fresh Italian pasta. Chicken alfredo was really good, the bolognese was just ok. I didn't love the takeout containers we were served in though.
Omg soo tasty! I love that you can get quality, fresh made pasta at a mall without all the pretentious-ness (is that a word? Lol) of a fine dining restaurant. Finished so quickly and enjoyed every bite!
I've been visiting Dal Moro's for years even since I tried the Downtown location first.Pasta is made in house which I love. I also love that you can pick from different styles. I always go for vegetarian and though I'd love to see more options added on the menu for sauces, I think what they have now is pretty good too.I also really like the tiramisu here. Dal Moro's at the food district is a nice location though there's limited seating area. Staff was friendly every time I'd visit and everything went well with the food as well. Love it and need to go back for more soon.
I recently moved to canada and tried this place in the square one mallThey serve freshly made pastas with a variety of saucesThe preparation is goodThe quantity is normal can be a little more
Order : pesto pasta and red sauce pasta (don't remember the exact names)Quality : pesto was delicious and red sauce pasta was above average. (4/5)Ambiance : it is inside the food district in sqaure one. It has its own seating unlike some of the restarants in food district. Very good arrangement. Rating (5/5)Improvements (subjective) : red sauce pasta can be better by adding little bit of cream to it. They should include free veggies (at least 3) to those which are less selling pasta.
