The lakeshore west and southdown dairy queen is closer to my house but I'd rather drive the extra 5minutes to get my blizzard from this dairy queen location, desserts are always consistently made well, consistency is important for any business, and staff is always courteous :)
My hot fudge sundae looks nothing like the picture advertised. Please be more generous with the toppings.
This review is based on today's experience. The store had a line up and the only employee there was named Eman he was a superstar. He greeted each customer took their order and made it. Start to finish and even under the pressure of being very busy never lost his temper. I know I will be back just because of this he is the type of employee we need more of! Thank you Eman.
Staff is incredibly efficient and courteous and the food is always freshly made and tasty. Especially the fries.

Gives the feeling of an old mom n pop restaurant with rustic counter. Not at all crowded. The staff is lazy and not very attentive.
Try the mocha mulatto, I find that the medium is plenty enough for Me! If You're a coffee lover You'll take to it like duck to water!
