I recently went to this location with my 8 year old son and was completely dismayed by one of the staff's behavior. My 8 year old son has many food intolerances and before I could explain this to the staff member they were very disrespectful and rude. I requested a specific order, but the individual quickly shot my request down and rudely ignored my order. Judging by some of the previous reviews, I strongly believe that they need to properly retrain some of their staff on basic common courtesy and respect to their customers. I have visited many other local Dairy Queen franchises in the past and never encountered this type of behavior. Very disappointing.
the food was delicious and for dessert we had blizzards. The prices were great and the kids burger was as big as a McDonald's quarter pounder. I'll definitely go back as the staff was friendly and food tasted great
Literally the laziest group of individuals I have ever encountered in my life. Don’t even think about deleting this comment because it needs to be said. Half of the menu these “workers” cannot manage to make. Once you do place your order it takes about 1hr and 15mins to get. The staff are all disrespectful and useless. Get a new staffing or train these people.

This is a go to Dairy Queen after taking the dog to the park down the street. The parking lot is absolutely horrible and it’s a little bit difficult getting out when you’re done.The Dairy Queen itself is pretty old and the staff is pretty young. This leaves you with a very interesting experience every time you come. Is it the best Dairy Queen.. absolutely not.. Will my small blizzard have more than the average amount of toppings in it… yes.Take the good with the bad people.
Great icecream, super delicious but the employees here are quite standoffish especially when you have guests with you, it was not a very happy visit so if someone is reading this please do talk to your employees thank you.
The 1 star rating is because of the medical discrimination for not serving patrons who are medically exempted from wearing a mask. When we entered this DQ location we agreed to disagree with the mask policy and respectfully left.Thankfully our evening was not wasted and instead enjoyed our dinner at BURGER FACTORY in Streetsville which menu is much more outstanding filled with vegetarian/vegan options, delicious poutine, FUNNEL CAKE, and staff who were happy to serve us and see our smiles.Cheers DQ, thanks for refusing service and allowing us to find a better place to suit our needs. GO TO BURGER FACTORY! :)
I mean, it's DQ. You can't go wrong. Having said that though, the customer service is great. The manager/owner is extremely personable as well!

Wife had a craving for soft serve, so off I go. While there, saw their cheeseburger deal and thought hey why not pick up a sack, since its Sunday evening and nobody wants to cook. The ice cream was great but the cheeseburgers were disgusting. Think they were hanging around for quite a while as texture resembled old soggy cardboard. They went right into the organics bin so I had to prepare Plan B for late dinner. Come on DQ, where is your quality control??!!
