Argentia and 401 is our preferred location and we always get great service. Tonight I went in and got two large shakes, I got home and the tray failed and both went on the driveway. I called the store to let them know the tray is problematic as in it needs to be deeper so as to fit the cups better.The person who answered the phone (very friendly) admits that the trays do not work for the large cups. She apologized and said she'll pass it on to her manager. I just watched 14 bucks go down the drain because the tray collapsed and all I got was, "Sorry."Ok, thanks a lot that just made me feel so much better.This was an isolated incident, I've never had issues before but it was very disappointing that the clerk didn't offer to replace the drinks after admitting their tray was an issue.
Genuinely Friendly staff to greet and serve you. My daughter and I had a late craving for a blizzard. I hadn't had one for a couple years or so and DQ came through with flying colors. Perfect banana split blizzard!!! Yum, yum!
Only cool treats here, no problem, I wanted ice cream anyway. The stock vanilla cone is all I ever need. The fluffy goodness rolls right on your tongue. Why didn't I get the large? I almost rated 4 stars because I wasn't asked to up size.
It's a DQ. Pretty standard. Service is slow and sloppy a lot of the time.
I've always found the staff at this location to be really friendly. Plenty of cakes, ice cream bars and more in the big fridge, too.
