Poor customer service. Payed over 7$ for a one line of fudge. When i asked the lady to add more Fudge to the sundae she gave me an unpleasant look. Not worth it
Came in and asked for a small cone, heavy indian guy says come back in 30 mins since ice cream “isn’t available right now”. I come back after 30 mins and they are closed. What?
Always consistent with their ingredients. The person who made our order and worked as a cashier was very kind, professional and had a very positive vibe. He gave us coupons too! Wish I remembered his name but I’m sure the owner knows who this wonderful person is.
Messed up our son's b-day order with another child's. The image we wanted was Fortnite and they had put Avengers on our cake, and had put Fortnite on the other child's cake. It appeared they had 2 boys cake order and couldn't get that right. If I had not checked the cake before picking it up...there would be 2 very disappointed children on their birthdays.
Unfortunately, for almost $8.00, I could have counted the number of cookie dough balls on one hand... very stingy on the toppings. I wont ever be going back here, and it's a shame because I live around the corner.
Ordered skor blizzard and there was barely any..tasted awful just vanilla.My daughter ordered the triple chocolate brownie and it was terrible. The brownie was dry and hard. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to get my money back.
Obviously everything is good here just rushed by the workers. Sometimes they just forget the main thing and its not a big deal to ask but just takes more time. Take your time the first time we can wait for the perfect one from the start.
Love ice cream cakes. They have some...it's a fun place for children.
Their blizzards are amazing. Would also strongly recommend their fudge stuffed cookie
Came here for the first time and ordered a small peanut butter sundae and a DQ sandwich. The sandwich was bad (it’s not this locations fault as these are pre made and shipped to the stores).The peanut butter sundae was great, as I love peanut butter sauce with my soft serve vanilla.
